Looks much better in photographs...
I was so excited to get these shoes, I could hardly wait! I was sure with the price tag that they would be higher quality and feel well made. I was so disappointed. They are super "hard" and not comfy at all. These are, in my opinion, worth a lot less. I will be returning them... I'm so bummed.

Lots of compliments!
I got the shoe in the orange and the first day I wore them out, I got so many compliments! I suggest going a size up if your feet are wide. I usually wear a 7, but got a 7 1/2 and they fit perfect!

Snug toes -
This is a cute little flat, but this particular last is a little too snug across the toes...even with the open toe. There are some SW shoes that just don't fit me as well as others, and this is one of them! The typical SW quality is there, though.

Love the shoe. A comfy flat with nice details. My foot runs on the wider side, so went up a size.

 |  | Can I just say, I have always hated shopping for shoes until I stumbled upon Zappos. Zappos has changed the way I shoe shop. Since discovering Zappos, it is the only place I shoe shop. No more dragging from store to store to find the right shoes and the right size. I love Zappos! I have ordered dress shoes, boots and casual shoes from Zappos. On occasions I have had to return shoes because they just were not what I wanted; either they did not feel right or they were not the look I wanted. The return policy is so easy and Zappos does not make you feel guilty for returns! P.S. My husband even shops from Zappos now. He cannot believe how great the customer service is. We love you Zappos!
