Archie has a very curved last.
This is a lovely shoe with soft leather and beautiful in the bronze. However, the last (shape of sole) is very curved. Most people have somewhat curved feet, but if you have straight feet, it probably won't work for you.

Sparkly and shiny but not like the pics -
Pretty shoe, very dainty and feminine. Runs small. I bought the gold and the metallic is *very* shiny - too much for work in my taste.

I know that these shoes are a bit expensive but they are worth it. So comfortable right away and you can tell a well made shoe immediately when putting them on.

Perfect dressy flats!
For me, I have to have at least a small heel. These were perfect! These are a perfect solution to not wearing high heels with every outfit. Great look, detail, structure. Really comfortable and classy! I found my summer flats!

Very cute shoe. I bought the blk patent. The leather is soft and the shoe is stylish and comfortable. I always need a 9W in SW but need 9.5W in these.

Beautiful and comfortable sandal...
Just a beautiful and flattering shoe. Not all shoes that look great look great on you. This one does. I have a wide foot and bunions and hammertoes. This shoe covers all that up to give a sleek, pretty look. It’s great to walk on. The mostly closed toe means folks like me with wider feet do need to get the larger sizes. Usually with sandals I can get away with true to size, but still a wonderful shoe. The colors are vibrant and flattering.

 |  | I can't thank you enough! I have always had a difficult time finding comfortable shoes because I have a very narrow foot. I now have a medical foot issue that has progressed to the point of needing to replace nearly all of my shoes with relatively flat, well-made (translation: expensive) shoes to enable me just to walk without excessive pain. Needless to say, it is difficult to know immediately if a given shoe will both fit my narrow foot and not cause a great deal of pain after an hour of wear. Your free-return policy has been a true blessing to me. It is not easy to spend $170.00 on a pair of shoes that may hurt my feet after an hour and be unwearable if those shoes cannot be returned easily. The specialty shoe store in my area is great, but they offer a limited selection and any special orders can only be returned with a 15% restocking fee. Other online shoe stores require me to pay the return shipping fee and cannot begin to match the customer service that you provide. This can get costly and time consuming when one has the type of issues I have and needs to replace an entire wardrobe of shoes with well-built shoes. I have to say, even if I did not have foot issues, Zappos would be my shoe store for the selection and great customer service alone. Additionally, you offer such quick shipping, the best customer service I have found in as long as I can remember and great selection. I am incredibly happy that I was told about Zappos. You have simplified this part of my life, and believe me, with my foot pain, that is a very large part of my life. I have written other thank you notes to Zappos as well, but I wanted to send a special note of thanks for the quick shipping. I will continue to rave about Zappos to friends and family!
