It's OK, but the quality and sole is a disappointment. I have Franco Sarto shoes from 2 years ago that I adore. They are fashionable, high quality leather (loafer look, black with white stitching) with a great non-leather sole – perfect for travel and walking miles in the city. I hoped this pair would be similar but the quality is no where near my last pair. A disappointment, but I will keep them.

Great look, color is very rich. Is a little tight across the wide part of the foot, but is giving as I wear them. Overall very happy with them.

 |  | Dear Zappos Customer Service, I have never written an email like this before but your high service level prompts a response. I have been working with Zappos on a pair of defective sandals. I have tried 2 different pairs of the same shoe and they have both fallen apart. Everyone I spoke to was excellent – friendly, flexible, productive. Between the excellent customer service and the way you stand behind the products you sell, I would like to never buy shoes in a department store again. The coupon was the icing on the cake. Thank you for the great service and accommodation.
