Comfortable, but not durable -
I LOVE the feel of these, and the fact that you can slip into them easily. The lighter back section is soft and folds down easily so you can just slip into them like a scuff with no back, or you can wear them with the lighter section up as shown in the photo. BUT the felted wool at the toe is such a thin layer that it's coming apart and I can see the white underlayer. I thought it was just a fluke, so I returned the first pair for a second pair. But it's happening with the second pair as well, so unfortunately, I'm going to have to return them and find a different brand. Disappointing, because as I said, I LOVE how they feel.

Poorly Made and Falling Apart After Two Weeks -
These slippers look great but are very poorly constructed. After little more than two weeks worth of wear, the exterior felt started to wear away and fall off. This is with normal wear around the house only. I would not buy these shoes again and recommend you don't either.

 |  | Dear Zappos, My friend Tim (Concord OH) told me you were THE place to buy shoes and boy was he right! I returned the one pair of New Balance 608's today at the post office. When I filled out the return form online last night, I also ordered another pair in 4E and it arrived at 3:30 pm today! WHAT SERVICE!!! I will be keeping this pair as they fit great! I have an awful time buying shoes, and I appreciate your free return policy. I will be sure to tell everyone that Zappos is THE place to shop online!
