Best boots EVER -
BUY THESE! I have super-high arches & had no trouble. Wear 8 to 8 ½ ordered 8- fit perfectly. They are not only the most comfy boots ever; they're also the best looking. The shearling is better quality than any other Ugg boots. They’re really warm. Too bad it's summer or I wouldn't take them off. Got 'em in white. If they're out in your size just request they email you when they get your size in- that's what I did. Get them now while they're cheap!! I LOVE YOU, ZAPPOS!!

I really love this boot, and I am pleased with my purchase, but it is definitely clunkier/heavier than I thought. If you are looking for a good, sturdy, warm boot...this is the one for you!

Beautiful -
I love these boots! They are beautiful and warm. They are true to size. I am a size 6 medium. But because of some reviews which said that it was 1-2 sizes too big (maybe those with narrow feet, I ordered a size 5. But I could not get my foot past the extremely firm ankle (there is no flexibility here as in sneakers). However, due to the excellent free shipping and return, I was able to replace the boots pretty quickly with a size 6. It is still a bit tight to slide my feet in the boot, but I am able to do it. The foot part fits just fine. It's only the ankle part that's the problem. But I figure if I wear it for a while, it will stretch a little and conform to my feet. I love the looks of these boots--feminine and fun and alpine. I would buy from Zappos again any time--free shipping and return is the main reason.

So comfortable!
Never thought I would buy any Ugg boots, but since these have laces and look a little different, I thought I'd give them a go. Now I really don't want to take them off! They are so cozy and warm. And the laces make them easy to adjust for bigger calves, wearing with jeans, etc. I had to go up a size (presumably because of all the fuzz). They are completely flat inside, so if you need arch support, you will have to put some kind of inserts in.

Love them!
These boots are great. You can fit your pants in them and they are as comfortable as slippers! The only problem I had was that they are kind of stiff when you first put them on...sweat a little trying to get my feet in them. Now, they go right on. I get so many compliments on them.

Walking on air Whitley -
I LOVE these boots! I feel like I'm walking on air! Not only are they warm, they're fashionable! I live in Michigan, where it can be frigid! The snow has been quite heavy, so these boots have really kept me warm!

The oddest sized shoe I have ever come across. I ended up going a 1/2 SMALLER than normal. I would expect a much more comfortable shoe for the price, but I put in inserts which made them much more comfortable. They are very cute which more the reason I kept them than anything is.

I wanted a warm boot and I got one. I was never a huge fan of UGG because of the look, but this boot has style. I'm very happy with the boot. The only thing I can see being a problem are the laces. I think I will have to replace them often because they are leather and will lose stretch and snap. Overall, very pleased!

These are the warmest...softest...they are fantastic! I usually wear an 8 1/2 or a 9 and I ordered an 8. They fit perfectly and I have no trouble getting them off or on. Zappos even expedited the shipping at no additional cost!

Great boots -
Great boots. Warm and comfortable. The only drawback is that they seem very bulky compared to my other Ugg boots. The laces are very cute. I did receive the books with one broken lace and Ugg is out of laces so this was a bummer, still waiting to correct that issue. Overall happy with my purchase.

I purchased the Ugg Whitley in mocha. They are tough to get on at first they need a few wears to break in, very narrow where the boot shaft meets the foot. Now that they are loose, they are great. The color is beautiful but make sure your dark jeans have been washed several times or the color will rub off on the boot! Love Zappos great shipping and return policy. I would order again.

Not for high arches -
I was warned, but I bought them anyway. I love the look of these boots, and after struggling for several minutes, I got them on. However, after about 30 min. of wear I began to lose feeling in my toes. The boots were the right size, but like everyone else said, people with high arches will not do well in these boots.

It Just Gets Better With Time -
I must admit I love these uggs, but the first time getting your foot into them will be some work. I normally wear 8.5 depending on the designer. All of my other uggs are 7s but from reading the reviews of other people I decided to go with the 8. I have had these for about a month now and they are much easier to get in and out of. You pull on the top of each row to lace up firmly, and pull down on the bottom of each row to get out of. It's as simple as that.

Awesome Boot!
These boots are the nicest boot I have ever had. You don't where any socks with them, but they are warm. Your feet don't get over heated they are dry and stay at a comfortable temp. I love them, and they look stylish too.

They are super warm and the fur inside is very soft, softer than my other Ugg boots. They are a little tough to slip your foot into at first, but once they are broken in it gets easier. They are just stiff at the ankle portion.

I bought these boots for my daughter for Christmas since they were going skiing in a couple of weeks. Well, we just returned and it was 8 degrees there and her feet stayed very warm. I ordered a pair today in Mocha, can’t wait to get them. So cute!!!

This is the best boot I've ever bought. They're comfortable all day and my feet never get cold or wet in the snow. Plus they look good along with being functional. I would go a size up. I usually wear an 8 1/2 and got a 9 and they fit great.

Ugg Whitley Espresso boots are great -
My daughter loves these boots, which were a Christmas gift. Amazingly, they arrived at my home the next day, which is really no surprise with the incredible Zappos service. Originally got a 7, as she hovers between a 6-6 1/2 ~ too big, but returned very efficiently for a 6, which were perfect. We were even able to have the replacement sent to her home, which would have been about a 1 hour drive for one of us; this was very easily arranged via an on-line chat. She thinks they are: Very stylish (she's a bit of a fashionista), very warm...get them, pants fit inside very nicely, amazing how even w/o sox, feet stay warm and dry, and the inside of the smell fresh. Get them ~ they will make you happy even on a cloudy day.

I bought these boots for my daughter for Christmas, her first pair of UGGS because she didn't really like them until she saw these online...when she opened the box she fell in love with them, they are cute, different is why she liked them so much...the only thing she and I get frustrated with is the strings, because they are the leather they don't stay tied tight enough...overall she LOVES them

I love the Whitley! The sizing is a little different than what I am used to. I purchased them a full-size smaller than my normal size, but I had tried them on in a retail store before purchasing from Zappos. I have worn them where I live (Southern Cal) and in Minnesota during this winter and they were comfortable for both climates.
