My girl loves these boots -
My picky shoe girl will wear shoes once and then say they are uncomfortable and never wear them again. So buying shoes is always a challenge. Zappos has been a big help because I can order several pairs in different styles and sizes and do the trying on at home. However we still end up with some shoes that are rejected after "really" wearing them. These boots are such a comfortable fit she wants to wear them all the time.

Meanwhile, I want to compliment your company and your telephone staff. Whenever I have called Zappos I do not feel zapped or trained at the end of the conversation as with some other companies. Your telephone specialists are very knowledgeable and equally courteous to me.
