I bought cheaper - I'm 21 and I thought I'd try and wear a youth Nike Shox, which are cheaper than the adult shoes. Just looked at the size guide for the length in inches and I was set! 7 1/2 womens equals a 6 youth. I love them, they are extremely good running shoes, not that I'm a good runner.
