Not that great for standing -
If you are on your feet all day and are looking for a good insole for standing, these insoles are not for you. I liked the thin ones better than the thicker ones, but neither served the purpose that I needed them for. The flow of the liquid from front to back feels cool if you are sitting and able to wiggle your feet.

Incredisoles are truly incredible!
I feel like I have more bounce, a lighter feel when walking. I am a power-walker and my feet have been hurting more, so I gave these a try. I ordered new shoes 1/2 size larger along with the insoles and they are just great! I have ordered two more of the thin black. Love them!!

These are the worst!!! They are uncomfortable and hurt my feet. Tried them in multiple shoes. As the only insert, on top of the shoe insert, underneath the shoe insert, it didn't matter. Save your money and buy Dr. Scholl’s at the grocery store.

Not comfortable to me because of nerve damage -
I tried to wear these insoles, but they hurt my feet bad. I had to return for credit. The people at Zappos were very understanding and let me return them without any difficulty. I like doing business with Zappos because the customer relations are the best that I have ever encountered. Give this company a try and you won’t be dissatisfied, I promise. Thanks again for the unbelievable service.

 |  | Dear Zappos, Okay, help me understand something. I place an on-line order last evening at about 8:00. I screw up how to use my store credit and can’t figure out how to fix it. I resort to calling your toll free number to fix my stupid mistake and expect to be on hold for at least 20 minutes. Wow is all I can say! A real live person answers the phone in two rings after I debated with myself whether or not to press the option for joke of the day. He corrects my problem and even makes the decision to not charge my credit card for the less than $2 difference between my store credit and the amount due for the running shoes I ordered. On top of this, the shoes were sitting on my doorstep tonight after I came home from work. I even wore them for my evening workout. How dare you do this in less than 20 hours after my mistake! You just set the customer service pole vault bar at 37 feet in my book! Terrific, terrific service. Thank you very much! I now consider myself a customer for life. You all will have to work very hard to make me buy a pair of shoes from another company. I’m new to Zappos and you can bet I will be looking to Zappos for other purchases! Many thanks... my next order will be tomorrow evening so I can surprise my wife with a new pair of Berks she wants, but actually needs... it isn’t always good to want things!
