This is a super cute bootie style that is incredibly comfortable, easy to walk in, and stays on the foot without a problem. The sizes do run a bit snug, I am between a 9.5/10 and I went with a size 10. I hesitated with the 3" heel, but was pleasantly surprised to find a shoe that would be appropriate for work in terms of comfort and style.

These are the most comfortable heels that I have ever had and awesome...boots with slacks and dressy enough to wear with skirts...I live this shoe and so cute...

A perfect shoe/boot -
I bought this as my go-to shoe for fall, and it really fills that spot. The 3" heel is flattering, but easy to walk in. The design looks great in dress pants and with trouser jeans. It runs a bit small, which is good for me because I am not quite a 5.

 |  | Dear Zappos, I am a very happy customer. I wanted to write and tell you HOW MUCH. I have spent thousands of dollars on shoes from Zappos online in the past few years. I live near an outlet and have only been there once. I buy shoes for everyone; me, my husband, my grandkids. I have NEVER had a bad experience at Zappos, never been refused wonderful and courteous service. There is no one out there in the world that I know of who has the customer service you do. It is unparalleled and the reason people come back and back. Zappos is successful in every way because of the customer service. Shoes can be bought anywhere. Customer happiness cannot. I have several stores and online sites that I will never shop at again because of customer service. I only give a place of business, including restaurants, one time to mess up.
