Super cute, but really flat. They aren't kidding about ordering half a size up. I was wary about doing it, but even half a size up is a little snug. I think I'll stick with it, though. Absolutely no arch support, but I'm going to get some of those inserts, should be fine. Teeny bit wide for me, but not so much that the shoe is coming off or anything. Kind of feels like you're wearing a flimsy tennis shoe, but overall pretty comfy. I probably wouldn't wear them if I were walking all over the place.

Much cuter than the picture on. Fits well.... absolutely no arch support - these are FLATS, and super flat.

This shoe is very stylish and looks great on the foot. Unfortunately, I had to return because the toe box was too narrow for me. Also, the pair that I received were not made as well as they could have been.

Toe box is too narrow. Order up a size. I kept them anyway and wear them when I am not walking too much. The bronze is really cute. I have had lots of compliments.

I absolutely love these shoes! They are very comfortable and work/weekend appropriate. They seemed about a half size smaller. I love them!

Roomy and versatile.
This shoe has a very nice look on the foot and goes well with jeans and trousers. It fit well - maybe a little roomy, but comfortable with no "break in" time.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: I always like the Clarks shoes.

Very cute! Great looking shoe, but small toe box and no arch support. I had to send them back.

Very Comfortable Flat -
This is a very comfortable flat and will work well if you are on your feet a lot. I'm on my feet all day long and this is perfect for work. It does run a little narrow in the toe area. I had to order the next size. There is not much arch support, but it's still very comfortable and easy to walk in.

I have never once had a bad experience with Zappos.com and have found even returning a product is pain-free. Many people find buying shoes online to be a process that is a hassle based on shipping costs and not getting a chance to see the shoe actually on their foot, but you have done a tremendous job not only making shipping easy, and FREE, but also providing a number of angles for a shoe online so it can best be represented without physically holding it. I have purchased numerous shoes, sandals and boots from Zappos over the years and have never once been disappointed. Most recently, I was upgraded to expedited shipping for free on my most recent purchase, which again pointed out why I love Zappos so much! My educational background is a degree in marketing as well as an MBA focused in strategic management, which makes me extra critical of things like customer service as well as other business functions. Zappos always comes up as my example of companies who are doing things right and charting their own path to success. I recommend your site to people all the time and hopefully they will experience the delight I have come to know as 'the norm' when dealing with Zappos. Thank you to everybody there for their hard work, dedication and emphasis on the customer. It is not going unrecognized and you have me hooked for life!
