Not true to size and no support -
This shoe had very little arch support and was narrow in size for a EE width. Quality of the shoe seemed ok although it looked like it was plastic or fake in appearance.

Wonderful Walker -
If you have hard to fit feet and wear custom orthotics, this is the walking shoe for you. Excellent comfort and very accommodating to orthotics - I only had to remove the top insole. Awesome.

Helpful shoe -
I have plantar fasciitis and a bone spur. This shoe gives me enough support along with room in the toes. The specialized insert did not solve my shoe problem with the fasciitis. Nevertheless, it is an excellent walking shoe. Zappos had only white and I'll buy another black pair from them. I am still astounded at the service from Zappos ...they must teleport the shoes somehow!!! Thanks to the comfort department especially for patient and helpful consultation.

Not to be bought online -
I buy a lot of shoes and sneakers on Zappos, but for this shoe I say, "Sorry Zappos, but buy it in a store." I bought this shoe online, but the "Mozaic Customization" really needs to be done professionally in a store because they use a tool to see where the pressure points are. This is what it says in the box. Doing it on your own correctly is nearly impossible.

Excellent shoe! Run a little narrow. Had to get a size wider. Cant say enough about the service from Zappos. Called in to tell them the first pair was too narrow, they sent the next size wider, and I received them in less than 24 Hrs!

Big foot -
This shoe worked well with my orthotics, but it is not a very attractive shoe.

 |  | I'm not one to make a big deal about good service as I just expect it. However, my latest experience with Zappos is UNBELIEVABLE!!! My daughter was wanting these shoes for awhile so I agreed to order them. I ordered them on Wednesday 9/17 at approx 9:30pm. She was counting out the 4-5 business days for shipping and confirmed that they should be here by about next Wednesday. They showed up at my work a mere 12 hours later after an overnight flight. My co-workers didn't believe it. I texted my daughter and she didn't believe me. Absolutely AMAZING!!! "Powered by Service" ... you got that right. In contrast, I ordered a PC from an online company 8 days ago. I have nothing, no tracking number, no emails, and I have no idea where it is or even if it exists??? Very frustrating.
