 |  |  | Super Boots, Incredible Service - I totally love my boots. I am 60 years old with lots of foot issues so I searched for low heels and width. My boots came in a flash and I was very excited to try them on, but alas, one boot was clearly not wide enough while the other was perfect! I called Zappos and spoke to a fabulous young woman, who was an obvious poster child for great customer service! A new pair of boots arrived in two days and was a perfect fit on both feet! The boots are made of smooth soft leather and look very stylish! I am sure I will be wearing them for several years. Last week I received a postcard from my customer service rep. She not only wished me well in my new boots, but referenced the great party I was to attend in these boots. Wow! Now that is customer service with a personal touch.
