Fantastic right out of the box! I was pleasantly surprised. I wore these for a short time yesterday. I ordered a 7WW and they fit perfectly. They did NOT hurt my bunions at all. My left 3rd and 4th toe kind of bothered me on my left foot and my right heel was slightly rubbed on my left foot. So, a minor correction can remedy that. A band-aid on the right heel will probably enable me to walk better and have NO bothers what-so-ever. ZAPPOS is the best. The company enables women that have wide feet and choose not to have bunion surgery a chance to have a more stylish look, as opposed to wearing orthopedic clodhoppers! Thank you, thank you, thank you. Also, they allow their customers to honestly review a product. What better sales tool than the simple "word of mouth?” I best let you get to reading other reviews and continue shopping. Enjoy ZAPPOS and the shoe Zuzu. I think that it looks great with slacks and will also look great with a dress. Finally a non-frumpy looking flat! YEA!

Beautiful shoes -
I bought the "gold" shoes. They are a beautiful shade of tan with gold highlights. I haven't figured out how they did it. I have had cork shoes before and they wear like iron. These are very comfortable as well as special to look at.

Fantastic Shoe -
I have extremely wide feet but only wear an 8.5. These is a very comfortable shoe and very stylish. I am a faithful Zappos customer.

These shoes run VERY WIDE -
I have a very wide and small foot. I ordered these in my usual 7W and they were huge, extremely wide for a W. Also, they look very "mature" and not a cute shoe. A better description would be very "boxy". Very disappointed that I have to send them back!
