Shoe Width: Felt narrower than marked
Horrible sizing -
This is by far my worst purchase from Zappos. I ordered a WIDE shoe. The shoe was so narrow that I had to unlace it just to (almost) get my foot in. I checked the size to make sure the right shoe was shipped. It was labeled with the size I ordered. There's obviously something seriously wrong with the sizing here. Couldn't tell you if it was good otherwise because I couldn't get it on.

As a nurse who is on her feet 8 - 12 hours a day; comfortable shoes are a must! I found these shoes the most comfortable of any I've tried. I received my shoes the day after having placed the order due to a FREE shipping upgrade by Zappos. Thank you Zappos!!

 |  | I just wanted to tell you guys/gals how wonderful you are. I ordered a pair of sneakers for my wife at about 9:35pm on Monday night, 9/8/08. I placed the order with the 4-5 business day free shipping. My wife's birthday is Saturday, 9/13/08 and I was a little bummed that they might not get here until maybe Monday, missing her birthday. Well, I was wrong! They arrived at our door step the very next day...AMAZING! I couldn't believe they got here so fast, from 9:30pm on 9/8/08 to about 3:00pm on 9/9/08. You guys/gals are amazing and I will tell everyone I know to use your web site. The gift has been wrapped and my wife never saw the package, so it all worked out as great as ever.
