Pretty narrow for a wide footed person -
I love the shoe, the design is great and it’s a comfortable shoe, but it’s pretty narrow I find. I do have a fairly wide foot but find them comfortable enough to wear all day without a problem.

Rockstar 'sneaks'
This was such a great surprise!!! We really liked the shoes online, but when they arrived, they were so much better! This is a great looking shoe in person. It has more personality and is less rigid looking and more fashion-forward. They did require a bit of breaking in, which is true of any shoe. Then, the icing on the cake was that they came the next day. All in all, we were totally thrilled with this whole order experience. Thanks Zappos!

 |  | We were having problems finding shoes for my son recently for a new job he was starting. When I placed the order, I forgot to choose express shipping and so I called to add that to my order. The person I spoke with was so great, she upgraded the shipping at no cost and said if these didn't work to call back and they'd get another pair to us before the deadline. Fortunately, the shoes fit perfectly and he looked great for his new job. I have experienced this great service before and will continue to order from your company.
