Most comfortable ever -
The photo does no justice to this shoe. I got it in the beige, and not only is it tres chic, but you can really walk in it; it stays on the foot with no heel flopping. Great shoe. Thanks Zappos!

You emailed me the day I placed my order to tell me you had upgraded my shipping speed at no additional cost. And you've done it again! I ordered another pair of shoes from you today, and you sent me another email to notify me of upgraded shipping! I have to tell you, I knew the specific shoes I wanted/needed, so I used another site to search for the best deal on these particular shoes. You were $5 more than the cheapest supplier, but I've had such a great experience with you that I decided to order through you, and I'm glad I did!
