Probably great for junior high school -
I'm not sure who this bag was made for. On one hand, the classy look of the bag and fact that it has a laptop pocket makes me think it would be good for university students and working adults, but the "no boys allowed" pockets is totally a strange addition (and in case you're not sure which pocket that is, it's conveniently labeled inside the bag. Along with the lipstick pocket, etc.). If this were the only problem with the bag, I might have kept it, but it's also made from some particularly flimsy material. The bag feels like it might break after a short period of use. I recommend the Dakine Prom backpack instead of this one for people looking for a cute laptop backpack with lots of functionality. That one is more tasteful and it has water bottle, cooler, laptop, and other pockets.

Great laptop bag!
I love the bag! It fits plenty of things, love all the pockets. My Macbook Pro fits fine, but I think that the zipper part can be a little more cushioned for the laptop. I haven't had a problem with the top handle digging into my neck. I'm 5'2 and it fits well with my body type. Perfect size bag for me. I gave 4 stars for looks because I was thinking the blue and white satin part of the bag could have used different colors.
I would heartily recommend this bag to anyone!

I like this bag!
It's so hard to find an attractive laptop bag. I searched a long time to find this one. The fabric is nice, lots of pockets and room for a large computer, and a few files for work. It is practical like a school bag, but grown up, professional, and streamlined. It's also made of quality fabrics. And very reasonably priced. I work in a creative environment, and a clunker of a bag wouldn't do. I love it!

I am very fussy about bags. I like compartments, colored lining, easy to carry, zippers. This bag is great. It has a colored lining so you can see everything, has lots of pockets with zippers. The black vine pattern is different without it being over the top. It’s not just another plain black bag. I love it and plan to use it for a long time.

 |  | Your team rocks! On Labor Day (9/1) I ordered two pairs of Hunter boots because I wasn't sure which was going to fit best. First off, I get an email the next day telling me I'm receiving my boots priority. So that day, 9/2, I received my boots – after ordering on a national holiday, no less! I was wowed! I tried on both pairs. The ones that were too small I knew I wanted to return. The other ones looked like they had been worn before. I easily printed the return label/form for the smaller boots. I called customer service for the exchange and they handled it effectively and efficiently. She told me to send back both pairs of boots and a new pair would be sent priority. I assumed she meant after Zappos had received the returns. Nope! In fact, I received the correct boots today, on 9/3. How crazy is that? To order boots on a holiday, 9/1, and have the entire receive-return-receive wrapped up 48 hours later? AWESOME! Thank you for your team's great service. I've ordered before and now am even more of a fan for the service I received when something isn't exactly right. And that telephone recording with you and Serena Williams! Brilliant!
