Great for travel -
This holds everything. The buckle on the front is annoying. I think a secure snap or velcro would have been better. The shoulder strap dug into my shoulder after a while but still it fit the bill traveling with my 4 year old. It's not stylish but more utilitarian.

Awesome bag, one complaint - The only problem my wife has with this bag is that the shoulder strap slips off pretty easily. She thinks it would be nice if it had a curved shoulder pad that would help it stay on a little better. All the pockets are great for organizing and it's the perfect size. It's not too big to carry everywhere but it's large enough to use as a day-trip diaper bag for our twin girls.

Nice bag. Not as big as expected. The picture of it on the model is deceiving. Good for going out when you don't have to carry much. My daughter liked it so that said a lot to me. Colors are very nice.

This bag is a terrific organizer, and so durable and trendy looking. My only complaint is that the strap is rough on my shoulders. I prefer a shallower bag because I find it hard to see all the way to the bottom of such a deep bag. Otherwise, I'm very happy with it.

I'm finally organized - I use this as my every day bag. It's great because there are just enough pockets to keep me organized. I have sunglasses and keys in each outside pocket. Cell phone and iPod in each of the pockets under the flap (they would fit a lot more though), and my reusable grocery bags in the back zipper pocket. After I have filled the inside with my other purse things, I still have plenty of room in it to put any extras I need for my toddlers. (I still take a diaper bag for big outings though.) The side pockets are small, they fit sippy cups okay if you are using as a diaper bag or would hold a small water bottle, not a large one. It is a bit of a heavy bag, which is why I didn't give it 5 stars on comfort. It's well made and super cute. SUPER FAST shipping too – got it in less than 12 hours!

I let my daughter use my bag for a 2 week trip to Ireland. This bag looked great, worked great and was comfortable. It was a tad heavier than I would have liked, but she did not mind. The light interior was great for finding things.

THE BAG ROCKS!
The only tiny thing I could say to improve on the bag is to make the opening a bit wider - as is; it's a bit narrower than the bottom of the bag. Other than that, I love it and it's functional and I get compliments on it.

I love this bag!! The side pouches are good for a water bottle. There are 2 zippered areas and one velcro. I can wear it as a sling bag. A good size that is not too big and gets too heavy to carry.

Love this bag!
This bag really does do everything they claim. I've crammed a book, magazine, lunch, water bottle, wallet, keys, makeup bag, iPod, etc. into it and it held it all. I get a lot of compliments on it too, even from my husband! My only small complaint is no pad on the strap, but I'm pretty much over that one. It's a great every day bag and I would recommend it to any woman on the go.

I just wrote a review yesterday, but I just had to give a HUGE thumbs up to Zappos! Unbelievable customer service!! :) I ordered this super cute bag yesterday at 10:00am...it is now 10:10am the next day and the bag is in my hands!!!! I was also notified yesterday that my order was upgraded to priority at no charge just as a "thank you" for shopping with them. I originally was expecting the order in 4-5 days. In all my on-line shopping I have never come across a company that does this. The bag is adorable. I’ve been searching for a perfect "mom" bag. I have a 2 year old and 5 year old so I wanted something that didn't look like a diaper bag. My search is over. Please keep up this great customer service. Believe me...it’s a rarity. In my opinion if it's not on Zappos...you don't need it!! :)

Amazing service!!
I just placed my order today and it was shipped 4 hours later!! That is unbelievable. It's good to know that one company still knows what customer service is! :) Oh, and did I mention they upgraded to priority shipping. AT NO CHARGE??!! What a nice surprise. I already know that I am going to LOVE my bag. A friend of mine had the same one and I had to have it. :)
I am a Zappos customer for life. It doesn't pay to look any further. Thanks so much for the wonderful service and the great products.

The Calligraphy bag is great for organizing your items.
I recently bought this bag and though it weighs more than imagined, its several zippered pockets and dividers are most useful. I bought it for urban travel, and it satisfies my desire to use a shoulder bag.

I got the Haiku specifically to fit a mini laptop for my travels. I'm a writer and carry my computer everywhere. It fits perfectly and every one comments on what a stylish bag I have. Love the bright green, too. I'm leaving for Ireland in a few days and looking forward to taking my Asus EEE in this bag.

I adore my Haiku To-Go bag! Regular messenger bags are way too big, this is just right for work. I can pack my purse things, a full sized notebook, and my lunch. It's sturdy, this one bag will probably last me a lifetime.
Even better, you get Zappos service!

I just wish it was a little bit bigger for the books I need to carry! It's a great little bag if you're only carrying one small book and all your girl stuff. It holds a narrow 750 ml water bottle x2 if you like and it has a lot of nice compartments. Two pouches in front a velcro compartment the large compartment then a inside zipper pouch and a back zipper pouch. Lots of places to forget where you put things :o) Nice bag over all! Will be perfect for my summer trip to Denmark.

This is a wonderful bag--larger than I anticipated--full of handy pockets. The fabric is thick and very high quality. I get lots of comments/compliments on it. :)

Perfect travel bag!
Needed a good travel bag big enough to carry all that “stuff” you need when you fly or when you go sightseeing for the day... yet stylish enough to use everyday. This is it! Perfect size... holds a ton, yet not too big. Perfect strap... use as a shoulder bag (strap stays in place!) or comfortable cross over. Great inside color makes it easy to see where everything is. Enough pockets to keep things organized without loosing track of them! Also, lightweight, well made, durable, AND looks great! What more could you want?! PS... side pockets DO hold the average 16oz water bottle just fine!

I love this bag!
This bag is so fantastic! There's so much room, and lots of pockets to organize your stuff in. The side pockets fit like 20oz of water or soda perfectly. I love the fact that I can fit all my stuff plus a book inside and there's still more room. This is a great bag and worth the money.

I Love My Bag!
This is a great bag for everyday use. I just bought my second one and am really excited to start using it. It is really functional - I can fit everything I need for work and play inside of the bag and looks great, too. I get stopped all of the time by people who want to know where I got it.

I have been on a desperate search to find the "perfect" diaper bag for quick trips in and out of the house. I've purchased and returned several bags. I came across the haiku To GO bag and LOVE it!! Bottles fit perfectly in the side pockets, and I can stick the changing pad in the outside back zipper pocket. I usually don't like the changing pad in with the other baby stuff, so this was PERFECT!! The only thing that would make this great bag even greater would be: "feet" on the bottom and the non slip padding on the shoulder strap like they have on the large laptop messenger bag. A cell phone holder on the strap would also be nice. But don't get me wrong...this is a stylishly cute bag. My search is over!!
