I've been a fan of North Face products for years and own several NF pieces (Mountain Light shell, Denali fleece, Apex jacket, etc). The Apex vest was my 1st purchase from Zappos and I couldn't have been happier with the customer service and how quickly I received my order in the mail (3 days after I placed the order!). I called several local retailers and no one had the size/color of vest that I wanted, but was able to find it on Zappos which is a testament to their great selection. Great work Zappos. I'll definitely be a repeat customer!

 |  | Hello! I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who works for Zappos. As of yesterday, I've ordered from Zappos five times over the last couple years. I usually get my orders the next day, and the longest it's taken has only been two days, and I think that's just awesome! At my job I work in customer service and think it's very important to like to help people in a job like that. I can tell Zappos employees must love their jobs because everyone does such great job. With every one of my orders, it only proves there really isn't a better place to shop on line, (or shop anywhere, in general)!
