I love my Guess bag. The measurements given on this site really helped. I wanted something big and stylish and this is definitely it!!!

Nice hobo bag -
I really like this bag not only for having plenty of room but more for the style, fabric and design, plus I'm a fan of Guess, they make nice shoes and bags. Thank you so much Zappos. You are with no doubt the best site out there with a great customer service.

Who would have thought that shopping from an internet site, dealing with customer service, and reading a site's newsletter could be this awesome? I applaud you.
