These shoes are really cute, comfortable, and eco-friendly. If you wear converse sneakers, this is a great alternative.

This is a really cute shoe. Everyone comments on them and especially point on the purple laces. There is no arch support but I use orthotics anyway so it's pretty comfortable for me.

Very comfortable shoe. I've noticed that when it's raining, though, and the shoes get soaked, they tend to rub against your toes the wrong way. But, otherwise, I'm very please with them.

Very cute and comfy!!
These are great little sneakers!! Comfy if you're not planning on a ton of walking, but I have yet to have my feet hurt after wearing them all day. The look is old school, which will either invoke compliments or criticism, but I've always gotten a reaction when wearing them. Great shoes!!

Awesome Sneaker!
This is one comfortable sneaker. I could walk for miles with this one. I love the fact that it's a green product and it's a really cool looking shoe.

I looked at these shoes for awhile before I ordered them. I'm glad I finally did. I love them! The size is right on and the look is really cute, not to mention the recycled concept is great! Zappos service is always the best, as I received my shoes the very next day.

Too cute!
I bought the shoes a half size larger so I could add an orthotic. The shoes are a little larger than I would like, but I think they would be too small with the orthotic. They are real cute and I'm very happy with them.

Cute shoes!
I like them, I really do. My husband comments on how cute they look, and he's not always a shoe-noticer. I like that they're environmentally friendly too. I wear them with my Birkenstock orthotics (I've got high arches!), so I'm maybe not the best person to comment on comfort, but without the orthotics they are very flexible. They are good with the inserts as well; I just wish they were made with more arch support for feet like mine! I'm selfish that way.

Shoe companies- an arch, please!
Would it be too much to ask for even a *little* arch support? Simple is not the only shoe company that ignores the arch, so I'm not singling them out. And this shoe is a lovely, comfortable shoe except for the lack of arch support. Anyone who makes shoes should know, a completely flat interior in a shoe is going to be uncomfortable over time, period. I sent theses back Simply because I want a comfortable arch support, not because I didn't really love the fit and look otherwise.

Cute, casual sneaker -
I like the way these look - can wear them with khakis, jeans, shorts & avoid the clunky look of running sneaks. I love that they're made of recycled materials and in fact, that's why I bought them to begin with. The only downfall is the lack of cushioning. At the end of a day full of walking, the ball of my big toe hurt as if I had been wearing heels. I'll save these for the days where I'm not on my feet all day long and I'll wait for Simple to improve the cushioning before I buy another pair.

The shoes are very comfortable, except the heel tends to rub a bit. The heel is also wearing down rather fast, but I've been wearing them quite often, so that might have something to do with it. Overall it’s a great shoe.

Cute but no support -
I bought these because they are the cutest, and because a few years ago I had argyle Simples that were my favorite sneaker. They had more arch support and thicker soles though. These shoes are pretty much support-less and thin soled. But still cute!

Pretty sweet - Definitely glad I got these. Comfy, attractive, earth friendly. Has padding that a lot of sneaks lack. Can wear them all day and not have sore feet!

Cool looking shoe, fun whimsical design. Material is a little stiff at first but quickly softens after a few wearings. Looks good with jeans and shorts.

Love these sneakers! I got the blue polkas and they are so cute! I can never say no to anything turquoise...I thought the green ones were cute too though. I've gotten a ton of compliments, and they are so comfy. Don't even need to be broken in, and they are eco friendly.

No Joke - These sneaks are green and comfy too.
The Earth will thank you, and your feet will thank you too. These shoes fit true to size and were comfy from the start. The laces are a little slippery, but it is very cool that they are made from recycled soda bottles. If you have to be certain the laces stay tied, just double tie them like you do for your kids. These are not the cheapest shoes, nor are they made in the U.S., but I do not know of any other shoes out there that are as green as these. I am tough on soles, and so far the re-used tires are serving me well. These black sneaks are cute too.

I was going to get some plain ol' black Converse then I found these...they cost a little more but I love them! They were comfortable from the get go...no breaking in period...they're adorable and planet healthy...the tire treads crack me up!

I usually go pretty high end with shoes but am trying to be more environmentally responsible and these are fantastic. They look super cute (purchased gray) and are very comfy with or without socks.

I really like these shoes. They look cute and are perfect for summer. They don't have tons of support similar to converse. I probably would not walk miles with them obviously. Converses are more narrow and flimsy then these shoes. It feels cool to tell people you are wearing organic shoes. I got two compliments the first time I wore these. I liked the first pair so much I bought them in black as well.

 |  | I just wanted to take the time to say THANK YOU! I am extremely impressed with the manner in which you handled my first transaction. A little back ground...I have two little girls and the 'world comes to an end' if one gets something new and/or special, and the other one doesn't. Monday their grandparents bought my youngest girl a new pair of shoes that flash ('sparkle shoes' my oldest calls them), but they were unable to find the same flashing shoes in a larger size for my oldest girl. Needless to say, this situation was not acceptable with my oldest daughter (...cue a lot of screaming and fighting over a silly pair of shoes...). We searched everywhere to find similar shoes for my oldest daughter, to no avail. For some reason the universe is out to destroy my sanity and we could not find any 'sparkle shoes' for her. So I went online as a last resort, as I didn't want to have to wait 5-7 more days to receive the shoes. I found Zappos.com and was impressed by the selection of sizes and shoes available for kids, not to mention at a reasonable price. So I bought the shoes on Wednesday and was expecting to receive them no earlier than the following Monday, which, in my 2 year old daughter’s mind was sometime in the next millennium! To my surprise, I received an email stating my order was upgraded to a faster shipping method for FREE and was going to be processed and shipped later in the day on Wednesday. To my daughter’s delight I just received my tracking information and discovered that my order was shipped overnight to us and would be delivered by 3pm on Thursday. We will be receiving her new 'sparkle shoes' about 24 hours after I placed the order online. THANK YOU! You have, at the very least, made a little girl extremely happy and earned a customer for life. It’s amazing how much free shipping (even standard ground) can motivate someone to use your site, but to go ahead and upgrade to overnight shipping at no charge...Wow.
