Adorable shoes, no cushion though -
So cute, but literally no cushioning. Straps sometimes come off, haven’t work with tights yet.

Love Zappos quick service!
The shoe fit, but my toes get blisters when I wear them. A size smaller was too small and the next size up was too large, so I know the size is correct. I receive lots of compliments on the color (yellow), but I am sad that they hurt to wear!

Cute and comfy flat -
Nice flat, I was expecting a different texture since they're snake embossed, but still like them. A little more cushioning would be nice, but they are pretty comfortable.

 |  | I just wanted to write in because I have placed many orders in the last couple of months and returned several of the pairs. I am leaving for a trip to Paris in a couple of weeks and I've been searching for the right pair. I've not had much luck, but I wanted to let you guys know that it isn't because I've been unhappy with my shopping experience with Zappos. Quite the opposite actually. Because your customer service and purchasing/returning policy is so great - I just keep coming back. So thank you, for making life easier for those of us who lack the time to run around to the various shoe stores around town. You really make my life easier and give us all one less thing to worry about.
