Good pants, GREAT Zappos!
The pants are comfortable, and thankfully are not tapered or something equally appalling. I had to get them in white because I’m starting nursing school, and the white is pretty thin fabric. You can see right through it. However I hear that is par for the course for white pants. What I REALLY love is Zappos!! LIGHTNING fast shipping thanks to a free upgrade. UPS tracking, all info emailed to me... they are WONDERFUL. I have been shopping at Zappos for years, and I will continue to do so and refer my friends to do the same.

And I want to thank you for your incredible service (phone, email, all and any contact w/ you) because it is outstanding. The items I bought are of the best quality, and I only had to return 2 items that either did not fit, and the necklace was an unattractive item. I exchanged both items for something else I wanted. Never ever did I have a negative experience with you in all the years I have been your customer. You make all the difference in shopping experiences, and I almost shop exclusively w/ you because of it. Whatever you pay your employees, isn't enough ;o) they are worth their weight in Gold.
