So cute you can’t get over the pain.
These are the cutest shoes I own now. I get so many compliments on them, that being said... they are a pain in the butt. The strap needs to be longer, I have a 10 and it barley goes around my ankle. The fastener isn't the best either, they are hard to take off, and a nightmare to put on. They, like any heels, are taking some getting used to. But I love love them, don't get my wrong. Like so cute I wanna eat them, no lie.

 |  | I received the replacement shipment. These have 45 both on the soles and inside the shoe. Needless to say, they fit perfectly! This is a wonderful hiking shoe that is very comfortable. I plan to use them today. Your service is exceptional and returns are hassle free. I would not hesitate to shop with Zappos in the future and will definitely recommend you to my friends.
