New Favorite!
I am so pleased with the fit and styling of this shoe, it has become my new favorite. But more importantly, I want to comment on the outstanding customer service I've received regarding this shoe. I had them shipped to my vacation destination (they got there several days before I did!) Zappos automatically upgraded my shipping, with no charge to me. When I got home I realized the heel tip had come off, so I called customer service after 5 p.m. PST. Not only did they happily replace the worn, defective shoe, I received the replacement pair before noon the very next day, again with no charge to me. I am so impressed with the service; I think I’ll be a customer for life.

Runs very big!
I wear a straight size 6 in every shoe I have worn as an adult. I fell in love with these gorgeous shoes and was disappointed to find the 6 to be a bit loose on my right foot and extremely loose on my left foot. I hoped the shoes could be made to fit with insoles, heel pads, etc. After spending my first day at work in these shoes limping around and wincing in pain, I find I have not been able to achieve this goal yet. Back to the store for additional shoe-enhancers to try to make these beauties wearable! Specifically, the heel is quite wide, and I do NOT have a narrow foot.
