There was glue or something else left on the fabric heel of the shoe. I feel I paid too much for this shoe but I liked the look and needed a shoe in navy blue. Shoes felt fine but as I wore them, my foot kept slipping out the back.

A nice shoe -
Despite being a little snug, these shoes really are very nice and are perfect for the office. I am hoping they will stretch a little (which I think they will). I have a few pairs of Annie shoes and they are comfortable and sturdy.

Casual summer shoe in wide size -
Finally a cute canvas shoe I can wear in wide width (7 1/2 W). Adorable with capris and knee-length shorts. They were comfortable from the start. Heel slips slightly, but not enough to worry about plus looks and versatility more than make up for that.

Okay shoe -
I like the look of this shoe, but the front part of the shoe is not the most comfortable. The bands dig into my toes and my little toe keeps popping out between the two bands that cross. Also, the balls of the feet hurt after wearing these all day.

Lovely shoe -
The shoe is lovely and comfortable to wear, but after wearing it for the first time all day, my feet hurt and I had developed a blister on the button of my right foot.
