Beautiful Shoe -
A gorgeous shoe. Elegant and classy. It runs a bit big especially in the heel. But I don't think a size smaller would fit in the shoebox. I think I can work with it - other than that very comfortable.

Beautiful and comfortable -
These are lovely shoes and look great at the office or out on the town. The heel is higher than I typically wear, but the cushioned sole make them pretty comfortable.

Definitely chic shoes. Leather and finish is very nice. The little buckle is like shoe jewelry. The size 10 was quite comfortable, the finish of the inside, also very smooth. I returned only because the heel is a skinny, and I'm kind of hard on heels. I was surprised to see on review, that it was 3 3/4 heel. It felt like 4". Beautiful shoe. Nice change from plain pumps.

 |  | My first experience with Zappos.com was during the winter a few years ago when I needed a pair of silver sandals to wear during the holidays. I saw Zappos.com advertised at the airport and thought to see what they were about. The rest is history. During that search for sandals I had as many as nine pairs here to try. They came the day after I ordered them via FedEx and those I didn't choose (I ended up with two pairs) I put back in the box, taped it shut, attached the prepared return label they had enclosed with the shipment, and dropped them off at the packaging store that same day. They were gone almost as easily as walking away from a pile of tried on rejects in the department store! Since then I use them more than 70% of the time when I am shoe shopping. There really isn't anything quite like trying on shoes with the clothes in my closet as well as trying for fit and comfort. It's an ideal way to buy shoes and I highly recommend it!
