Sebago almost like slippers -
This is my second pair of Sebagos. I purchased a brown pair about 2 years ago and I wear them all the time. They are very soft. These have a different sole tread pattern, but just as comfortable. The arch is just a little firmer than the older pair. I have worn them for about 4 days. Just like the first pair the heel leather starts out a little stiff and I need to use a finger to coax the leather over my heel. After about 4 days my foot is beginning to just slip in. I have worn my other pair regularly and after a short break in, they are perfect. I am not implying that they start out tight, just not able to slip my foot in unassisted until about a week of wear. These are not hiking shoes, so you know when you are walking on rocky surfaces. They are like a good pair of slippers that have a great look and can be worn as a casual shoe in the office. Zappos, as always, is great - order was at the door the next day. I don't know how they do it. We have been ordering shoes from Zappos for the last few years. No problems with returns - we've been 100% satisfied.
