This is a versatile shoe.
I bought this in both black and white. The heel is actually more substantial than it looks. The style permits wearing with pants or skirts, and it works for year round looks. A good variation from the "basic black" shoe.

This shoe was comfortable, but the heel looks awkward, like it is not substantial enough for the shoe. I got this in the wide width, and it was not flattering at all to my foot. Nice idea, though.

 |  | Hi there Zappos, I just got my tracking number for a jacket I ordered yesterday, went to the UPS website and saw that it was out for delivery. After placing dozens of orders through Zappos, processing a few returns, and contacting customer service by phone a few times, one would think that my overwhelming love of you guys would wear off. But, it hasn't; it only gets more intense with every positive experience (which has been each and every Zappos experience I've had). Anyway, I think you should have a testimonial submission function on your site I would probably fill one out after every order.
