Love this shoe! I love all the Donald Pliner shoes I have and this is no exception. I generally do not like thong-toe sandals but this one is great.

Love these!
These shoes are great--elegant but incredibly comfortable. The "v-neck" is extremely flattering and works especially well for my high arch.

I bought this shoe in a bronze color and it goes with everything!! It is comfortable and not too casual or too dressy. Wide strap on the heel is nice, doesn't slip like some slingbacks.

I've been looking for a sandal that is dressier than just a thong and this is it. I have a wide foot and normally take a "W" but the fit here is good. There was a little break in time required for the strap across the toes but other than that, my foot feels secure without binding.

Cute but not very comfortable -
Cute shoes that are not very comfortable - if I had ordered a half size larger, then the strap on the heel would have continually slipped off!! I am keeping them and am hoping for them to stretch a bit more over time so comfortability is obtained.
I love DP shoes, have many of them - but this shoe is not a typical DP from a comfort standpoint.

Classy shoe -
This is a very elegant and stylish shoe. It fits well even though the heel strap is not adjustable. The look is classy for a dress or shorts. I love it.

I love the look of this sandal. The heel height and the vintage silver color are perfect. I gave them a four star for comfort because the toe area wasn't comfortable when I first put them on. I wore them around the house for several days and now they are fine. A nice dressy sandal with a low heel.

Beautiful but painful -
I purchased the bronze sandal, and they're beautiful. I've worn them twice and they are the most uncomfortable sandal I've ever worn. As one other commenter noted, there is a pull from the thong part of the shoe (that goes between the toes). I was hoping that it would stretch and ease, but there's no sign that it will. Perhaps it depends on foot shape, but the shoe doesn't work with mine.

Great Sandal -
This sandal was just what I was looking for. I like the slight heel which is much more comfortable for walking than a flat sandal. I am also partial to toe loop styles. This sandal looks great on and is very comfortable. The only issue was that you cannot adjust the strap around the ankle and the shoe was slightly loose on me. I easily solved this by placing "Foot Petal" strips on the inside of each strap around the heel. I would recommend this sandal.

I bought the antique red leather shoe. It has a leather sole but is not as cushioned as other Pliner shoes. I really like the looks of this shoe and it is comfortable. I love Donald Pliner shoes!!!

This shoe definitely has style and a wonderful design...however; it is really lacking in the support I look for and need in a shoe that I want to wear throughout the day. I will continue my search...

Not the usual DP -
Looks nice, but I've been disappointed in the last 2 Donald Pliners I bought for comfort. That was one of the big selling points for these shoes in past years. What's happened? Also, I'm running out of luck finding new good, low-heeled shoes to wear to work.

Gorgeous!
Love the soft leather. The heel is a bit 70's but I can deal with it. Overall, this is a beautiful sandal. The only reason I am considering returning, is the pull on the thong area - the strap does not stay horizontal on me. It could be because I have long toes - so I don't want to dissuade you from this sandal.
