I do a lot of online shopping and Zappos.com has the best customer service of any of them. Shipping is free both ways! There are many times that I have had to send items back and pay the shipping. Sending items back with Zappos is so easy. I will continue to order from Zappos.com anytime I am buying shoes!

I love my new red Dingos. They are amazingly comfortable, and have been so from the first time I slipped my feet in them. I get a lot of compliments although I wouldn't have minded if they didn't have the burnished look on the tips. It kind of appears dirty. And I love Zappos!

I purchased these Dingo shoe boots in red - how fun! The size recommendation, add 1/2 size, was accurate. They are very roomy in the foot and toe, easy to get on and off and very comfortable to wear.

So cute, but run so small. After reading all the other reviews, I purchased these boots a full size larger than my normal size. They were still way too small & narrow. The toe box area is especially narrow. I am returning them rather than exchanging because if I go up another size I think my heel will slip out. I do not have a wide foot. If you do, then you should look at another item as these will never fit.

Love the look of this shoe! Definitely need 1/2 size bigger. Comfortable enough. I\'d recommend it and the price is reasonable for the quality.

I read the reviews about these boots running small so ordered them a half size larger. Need to return them, and will try a full size larger. Very narrow in the toes, thus the need for the extra length, but good fit elsewhere. So far as looks, these are fabulous looking boot-wanna-bes!

I love my Dingos! They are just like wearing slippers! Based on the rviews that I read before I made my purchase, I ordered one full size larger than I normally wear and they fit perfectly. They are definitely a 5-Star recommendation.

Well, I love the look of these shoes/boots especially with longer skinny jeans, great shape and color. I have the red ones. The red is a variegated tone. As to comfort, sadly, they are not the best for a long day out, especially for any heavy walking. As commented earlier, they are narrower and tighter but also just lack a bit of 'extra comfort' in general. Maybe with more wearings they will break in; I've only worn them half a dozen times. All that being said, I still love the look and wear them for a night out, so would say that if that's what you're looking for, perfect.

These are great looking ankle boots have the western flair to them. They do run a little narrow so I bought a size up I think I may have been able to get away with a half a size up. The boots are a little stiff but I am sure with time they will soften. I do wear a small sock as my heel slips a little. Great boots though for the fall with jeans.

I loved the way these looked online and ordered a larger size because of everybody's comments. They were like boats on my feet. I looked like a 9 year old in her father's shoes. I might exchange them for a smaller size but think they would still look clunky. Not a good shoe for gals with narrow feet!!

Really snug boot -
Got these to replace a similar pair that I’ve worn into the ground. I am an 8.5 in almost every shoe, but on previous reviews I got a 9, but exchanged them for a 9.5. The 9.5s are still quite tight and narrow, so unless they stretch out quite a bit while wearing them around the house, they'll be going back again.

I normally wear an 8 1/2 wide and thought going a 1/2 size up in regular witdth might do the trick - but alas, these are going back. The boots were still quite snug and I could not add full or half insoles to soften the soles. The tongue pinches a bit on the upper foot - especially when attempting to add insoles. Style and workmanship seem exceptional though. So if you give it a go, consider a full size up.

Dingo Shoe Boot review -
I purchased a pair of these boots for my wife in 2006 and she likes them better than any other shoes she has.
I wanted to get her a gift that was stylish looking, dressy with a higher heel, but not too high, and affordable.
Because she enjoyed hers so well, I purchased another pair for my wife and a pair for our daughters.
Also, the free shipping and returns influenced my purchase as very worth while and we did have to exchange two of the four pairs due to size conflicts.

A bit snug -
I like this shoe - was a bit snug when I first started wearing them - they are getting better with each use. The heel was a disappointment - it is plastic, which makes it very slippery on certain floors. Where the heel hits the carpet while driving, caused the polish to come off and show the white plastic heel - permanent marker is my quick fix.

These shoes are definitely comfortable. I ordered my size, 7, and they fit fine. It's a snug fit. The suede is just starting to wear out a bit and I only had them for 3 weeks or so...They look great though and they match with tons of stuff.

Love my Dingo's. The only issue I have with the boot is the heel is plastic and I have already have a discolored heel. Other than that a real nice boot.

Pinchy in the toe -
I got a pair of these several years ago, when the shape of the toe box was more rounded and conformed to the actual shape of a foot. I loved them and wore them out, so when I tried to replace them, the shape of the toe box had been changed to be at a sharper angle, and they now pinch my big toe. I was very disappointed that I had to return them. Please, Dingo, go back to the more foot-friendly shape!

Dingo Shoe Boot -
These killed my feet. I tried to sit with them on for an hour and couldn't take it. I had ordered 1/2 size bigger because of the pointed toe, but they were very narrow anyway. The picture makes them look more western than they are. Cute to look at, but miserable to wear!

Love these in the red! They are comfortable but I had to take a 1/2 size larger --after returning one pair. I can see I will be getting a lot of use out of these.

Liked the first bought a second -
This is my second pair. The only thing I don't like is the heel color wearing off to show white plastic after I drive in them. I'm just putting a shoe cover on or wearing sneakers to drive. Otherwise they are great after short break in period. My other pair is the red which are really pretty.

Dingo Half Boot For Women -
The Dingo is a very stylish shoe. It looks very, very good with slacks, especially jeans. However, on the comfort side it could use a little more refining. It felt a little tight and rubs around the large toe and small toe.

This little bootie is a great color and looks like the "real" thing. I ordered my regular size and a half size larger due to the previous reviews and the half a size up fit great. Lots of compliments, and I like it enough that I am ordering the brown one!!

Great products and better customer service!
I LOVE these shoes. The fit is perfect and they are so comfortable. I have wide feet, and they fit wonderfully. The only suggestion that I have (that I actually received from the customer service rep that I spoke to) is to order a half size larger if you have a wider foot.

I have thin ankles and very muscular calves--my calf is almost twice the size of my ankle, which makes boots impossible to fit. But these are like a dream--they fit in the ankle without pinching, and are snug enough at the calf not to slide down when I walk in them. These are *not* slouchy boots; they have a very close fit for me. I'm 5'9 and they hit about 2 inches below my knee. The actual fabric of the boot is more sturdy than pictured. It is thick and pliable, but it's going to retain it's shape, unlike other stretch boots that are very thin. The shape of the heel is much more supportive than stiletto heels, which seem to dominate these style of boots. The color has more red in it than pictured. I am a size 10 and they ran true to size. One word of caution--these will rub your heels slightly until you get the boot on correctly. Will be back to buy the black soon!
