Great shoe for the price!
It is a very nice shoe for the money. It also runs a little big. I would suggest ordering it a 1/2 size smaller.

Good Experience -
This is my first order from Zappos and I am very satisfied with the experience. The shoes, while they look great, are just average in fit and comfort. It will be necessary for me to wear them for a while and break them in. The order and shipping went flawlessly and I had my shoes in two days.

Product review -
The shoes look nice and fit well. It has a strong odor. I have not worn it yet. But I did buy a similar shoe last December. It had a very strong odor that took 3 weeks to wear off. That shoe was not durable. Seams came apart on my right shoe, 4 inches north of my big toe. Heel wore out pretty quick. But I do like them. Hope this new pair is more durable.

You certainly know how to treat your customers, and I think that it is time for your executives to meet with the auto and banking industries and show them how it is done. It's fairly simple in its concept. You offer a high quality product at a reasonable cost, deliver it exactly when you say you will, then stand behind your product.
