My never-ending quest to find a comfortable shoe that doesn't look orthopedic has ended! Going to Italy and can't bear to wear ugly shoes! These are very comfortable, can be worn with jeans or a dress, look very cute and can be worn all day walking. I ended up getting them in bronze and black.

 |  | Good Evening, I just had to write to tell your company what excellent service I had with them. I placed an order for a Michael Kors purse on Saturday night, July 18 @ 11:12 pm, instantly I received an email with my confirmation. Early Sunday morning I received a second email stating that my order has been given special priority processing in your warehouse and they are upgrading the shipping and delivery time frame for my order for free. At that moment I felt like a Queen. What did I do to deserve this free upgrade? Nothing, you guys just have the best customer service that you wanted to thank me by doing this, so let me thank you. I really appreciate it. I had planned on getting my purse in about 5 to 7 days, when in fact, I got it in 2. If that's not the best customer service, I don't know what is. So, I will tell everyone I know and total strangers about how absolutely wonderful Zappos.com truly is. Special thanks to Joanna W. and Mary T. for picking, packing, and shipping my order.
