This was the third pair of shoes I have ordered for my son. Finding school-appropriate shoes of high quality in a wide size means visiting many shoe stores. With Zappos, I can specify size, colors and a price range. Instead of hearing complaints from my son about too-tight shoes and too many shopping trips, I hear, "These feel great!" And I have to mention the service. I have ordered in late afternoon, and found that the shoes were delivered the very next afternoon. What a great bonus!

I had a hard time finding wide width shoes for my 9 year old son. Bought this sneaker and another pair. He loves the comfort of the NB.

My child has arch problems and most sneakers aggravate the situation and are uncomfortable to wear. However, New Balance consistently proves a winner in providing sneakers that work for you, these sneakers were blindly bought on the site and worn immediately after delivery with a huge smile. They are well made, provide good support and can be worn all day comfortably.

My 11 year old loves this shoe. He was able to immediately wear/work/play in this shoe with no complaints. It is really hard to find a wide shoe for him that looks decent and fits... so thank you!

 |  | I wanted to thank you for the incredible customer service you've provided in recent weeks. When my pair of boots arrived in less than perfect condition, I had hoped to exchange them for a new pair. Unfortunately, you were out of stock. A wonderful representative offered tips on how to clean up the boots, offered to search other stores to see if they had the boots in stock, and even asked if I would like a refund before returning the boots! I decided to keep the boots for a few more days, as I was not interested in purchasing from another retailer. Luckily, Zappos received more boots in stock within the week. Another rep sent my order straight away and ensured that the new pair were in perfect condition. Best yet - they sent the new pair with overnight shipping!
