I like the shoe but had to send the first pair back as it was too small. The shoe is definitely smaller than the normal sizing. I needed to go 1/2 size larger. However, it is great looking shoe and is very comfortable.
This was my first order with Zappos and I was most impressed with the service. I plan to order with them again.

Cute and Comfy!
These look cute with everything from workout clothes to shorts, capris and dresses. I give them a 4 for comfort due to the fit (I do think it will get better as I wear them more). I am a true 8 and ordered both and 8.5 and a 9 to try as per the reviews. It helped to go 1/2 size up - the 9's were huge and both sizes really rubbed the back of my heels, but as I said, I think they will break in and that won't be a problem.

Nice "mom" shoe -
These seem to be a tad short. I am a 10 and they skim my toenail, but there was no 10.5 available and 11 is too big. My husband says they look like "mom shoes", but I am a mom, so that's ok!

Super comfortable -
I bought these shoes because I work in a pharmacy and stand the whole time. I needed good cushioning and support so that my lower back doesn't hurt after a long, busy day. These shoes were perfect! Although admittedly the color can be hard to match when you're standing behind a counter, nobody cares. I highly recommend these for anything - casual wear, recreational walking, standing. Just beware the rain and snow. I really love these shoes and have received compliments on them!

Ahhhh...comfort!
I tried these on in a store, but they didn't have the right size. Even so, they felt like slippers with support. I put these on as soon as they came, and they are so comfortable, I can wear them all day teaching. My feet are slightly wide, so my little toe gets squished - except in these shoes.

I am a teacher and I am on my feet 8-10 hours a day. I can't wear sexy high heels because I would be in tears in 5 minutes. Found these shoes originally at the a store in Washington over the holidays in red and they looked too cute to be good. I was wrong, they are brilliant. The back rubs a little bit, or else I would give them 5 stars for comfort. I am sure once they have been worn on a regular basis they will fit better than a high end leather glove. Zappos overnight did me right too, I ordered around 9PM and received the schools while I taught math to my second graders at 2:30! Once again all hail to ZAPPOS!!!

I was looking for an less clunky alternative to a sneaker for when I'm on my feet all day (something with good arch support). These were a good choice. Good support, less clunky. Definitely a good half size smaller than the size indicates (thanks to other reviewers for pointing that out so I ordered the appropriate size the first time!).

I bought a pair in red, and liked them so much I went back and bought them in blue. They are really comfortable, have good support, definitely meant for a wider foot(like mine). They are so cute, they're a funky style Mary Jane!

Perfect after breaking in!
These shoes have the most comfy insoles ever. And the quick-adjust actually stays adjusted. My only complaint is the way the top of the back heel curves in, which was kinda painful until I'd worn the shoes several times.

Great shoes! Order half size up, like all the reviews say to do. I got cuts on my heels and they rubbed my toes a little at first, but no worse than any other shoe I've worn sock-less. Just wore them for 2 weeks in Italy and they were terrific. Definitely getting a 2nd pair for dog walking (my job).

Check your size!!
After reading the reviews here, I decided to heed everyone's advice and buy a half-size larger (9.5). I also bought my regular size (9), just out of curiosity. Sure enough, the size 9 was much too short, and I needed the 9.5. Great footbed cushioning, the strap is plenty comfortable and the breathable mesh is fantastic. I plan to tour Italy in these shoes, can't wait!

SWEEEEEEEEET -
I purchased these in hopes they would fare better than the Privo Float. Love Zappos’ return policy. One phone call and these were at my doorstep the next day.
Usually I wear a 10 wide and have a high instep. Ordered these in a 10.5 and they are perfect. Wide enough and room enough for my toes. The strap does not cut in or put pressure on my foot like Keens or Privos. The only draw back is what other owners mentioned....you will need to apply a heel guard to stop rubbing. Well worth it.
I have had them on for three days now (removed for bed) and they are great. I even had a lady call out from a Starbucks, "Great shoes!!!!"

These are great shoes for my "recovering from Dansko" feet. They are wide enough for my wide feet even though they are described as average width and have good toe room. They are nice and comfortable. Nowhere near as much arch support as a Dansko. I wear a 39 or 40 in Dansko and am happy with a 9 in this shoe. I hope the materials hold up.

The heel of these shoes is not padded enough. The stitching at the top of the heel dug into my foot and caused major blisters. I liked them so much I tried to wear them multiple times to break them in. They still hurt. These guys are going back.

Great summer shoe!
This is a great casual summer shoe that fits well and looks good with everything (shorts, pants, capris and skirts)! I highly recommend ordering a size bigger than what you normally wear.

Adorable shoes (I love the burgundy color), but very strange fit - far too short, a stiff heel at a weird angle that rubs, a chintzy buckle with a strap inches too long, etc.

Had to send these back due to stitching coming undone and lining pulling out. Closing webbing drags on ground and is annoying. Footbed is thin and unsupportive. Not impressed at all.
