Received my shoes today, after waiting only 2 business days. Wonderful service. I will be returning them though, because I need a wider size. I got a "D" width, which usually works fine, but these seem to be a little on the narrow side. Was also disappointed in the arch support. There is very little arch support, but, they are super soft, cute, comfortable shoes. They didn\'t have an "E" width available, so I\'ll look for another pair of flats.

Very comfortable right out of the box. I have a narrow foot and often flats will slip at the heel. Not these. I can walk miles in these with no complaints. Not the cutest flats around, but not orthopedic looking, either.

The shoe lives up to its reputation of being comfortable and good looking. I wear them with dressy-slacks or jeans. I'd buy them again.

Really like these shoes. Purchased them for a trip to NY that I knew I would do a lot of walking but still wanted to look nice. They are very comfortable. The only problem is the 9.5 seemed a little snug so I got the 10. Felt ok but now seem a little big. I have a very narrow foot, which is a problem; because manufacturers seem to think if you wear a size 10 your foot is on the wide size. Bought an insert for the shoes that seems to help. So other than the size issue, which is really because of my foot, I love these shoes. Cute and comfortable.

Great shoe overall. I've never bought a Walking Cradles shoe before, but I'm a fan now, as this is one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I've ever worn. True to size. True to width. Also has a soft, nubbly footbed that makes me feel like I'm walking on air. Only two downsides: 1) It's not the most stylish shoe ever. That said, for wide-width folks like me, this is one of the better styles available, particularly given how comfortable it is. 2) On the Walking Cradles website, the shoes are selling at full price for less. There's even a free-shipping promotion in effect. I'd send my Zappos pair back, but it's just too much trouble and also not very eco-friendly to do all this shipping back and forth. Overall though, great shoe. I'm downgrading it to a 3-star rating because I don't appreciate being charged above full retail price. Zappos, I love you, but really, if you're going to charge me extra for the customer service and 'free' shipping, just say so. I'll feel less like I'm being taken for a ride.

These shoes are terrific. They are so comfortable, supportive, festive and dressy. I have foot issues on my right side due to broken leg, replaced knee and fused ankle and these are the first shoes I\'ve found that I can wear and stand in for several hours. I have both these and the sling-backs in several colors.\r\n\r\nThe footbed is soft like a marshmallow and at first is a bit sticky around the perforations in the footbed, but that goes away quickly.

I bought these shoes recently to bring with me on a trip to several European cities. I just returned + without a blister or even the most minor complaint. These shoes are amazing! I plan to get them in every color. I told every woman on the trip with me that they are a "must have" for miles of walking on cobblestone streets. This is my first pair of Walking Cradles. I know they will be the first of many.

These are great shoes, but a little hard to break in. I ordered an 8 first, which is the size I usually wear and have bought 2 other pairs of Walking Cradles in an 8, but realized within minutes of trying them on that they were too small. Just walking around in my living room for a few minutes and I had a blister on my right heel. I returned them for an 8.5 and they fit much better, but they are still stiff in the heel and hard to break in. They are very comfortable and I like them, but liked my other Walking Cradles better.

The only shoes Ive ever had that I could put on the first time and wear them all day in comfort. These shoes are so comfortable that I also wear them for houseshoes. I have wide feet and the "W" width is perfect for me. Just ordered my third pair.

I LOVE THESE SHOES! I needed some flats, but I want them to be comfortable and cute - usually these don't go hand in hand! These are true to size, have padding for mild arch support, so they are good for long days on your feet. I have never worn this brand before, and now I have three pairs.

So cute and soooo comfy!
These are such the comfy shoe! I usually wear a 8W to 8WW in Sofft shoes, but in this shoe the 8WW and 8W were toooo big. I returned them and got a 7.5WW and they are the best shoes I have ever owned. I am wearing them in work and can't get over how comfy they are... I am a teacher and spend long days on my feet including a 90 minute "hallway duty" I usually dread, however, can't wait for it now!

Cute shoe and comfortable on my wide foot. The W width is truly a wide width, and I do not require the WW. The only problem is that they slip off my narrow ankle, as do lots of shoes in a wide width. Heavenly Heelz help that problem. Also, I ordered the similar Walking Cradle shoe with the sling back (Bell), and I can adjust that strap to avoid slipping. Both styles are cute.

Having wide feet, the variety of colors & widths makes Walking Cradles Trina an absolute favorite (I've got 4 pairs!). The leather is supple for a comfortable fit. Style is versatile & perfect for either casual or dressy. I'll admit I was leery about ordering my first Trina but thanks to all the comments/rave reviews, I bravely ordered. Was so extremely pleased that I ordered other pairs in other colors.

Love Them -
These are comfortable right out of the box. They have a flexible rubber sole so they are much more comfortable than regular flats. The inside is padded and breathable. I recommend.

Comfortable cute shoe -
This shoe is butter soft leather, with "bubbles" on the inside sole for additional comfort to the rubber sole on the bottom. It is absolutely the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn.

Cute little flat!
This is a cute little flat! The leather is very nice quality (I ordered black) and it's pretty comfortable. My only complaint is that the top of the shoe at the opening around the flower is a little tight - and so far, isn't stretching much. I have a high instep, and it's hard to find shoes that fit over the top of my foot. This shoe does; it's just a little snug. If you don't have that type of foot, it'll probably fit great.

Fabulous!
This shoe feels great on, looks great on, and will go with anything. I bought it for walking on the cobbles of Europe to wear out to dinner at night with a dress or cigarette pants. They look fabulous and the sole is thick enough to stand up to the rugged demands of the cobblestones!

Good balance of comfort and looks -
I was looking for a shoe that looked nice and was comfortable too, with some support but not clunky. This shoe was that for me. I have some trouble with metatarsal pain, and use some support for that, but also can't use a shoe that has a very thin sole. Since I wear a 9 1/2 and my foot is narrow, to find a shoe that does this for me and actually fits is wonderful. Could be just a little narrow, since it fits me well.

This shoe is very comfortable! I could wear them all day long and into the night. I got them in bronze in an 11ww. They are super cute with the little flower and I wear them with jeans.

Good party shoe -
I have very wide feet and have been looking for a shoe other than sneakers that would be comfortable when I have family & friends over and am cooking & serving & spending a lot of time on my feet. These are the shoes. They are so comfortable, you completely forget about your feet (except when someone compliments the shoes) and your feet & legs don't ache the next day. They are really pretty -- I have the black micro ones with a patent flower & you could wear them out with a dressy outfit & look perfect. The 4-star rating is because I have narrow heels & the backs slipped a bit until I put a footpad in, which also gave the arch more support. Now they're great!

Comfy shoes for occasion -
I bought these shoes to wear to a fancier occasion where I'll be wearing a long dress. I think they'll be comfy enough for an evening. I would say they'd be perfect for me except that they cut across the toes pretty low down on the shoe, so they hit the boney part on the inside of my foot next to my big toe. This may be unique to my foot, though. Leather is nice and pliable.

Cute and Comfy, all Day Long -
Little red shoes, and so wonderfully comfortable for all day wear. I'm a school nurse, on my feet all day, and these are perfect. Soft on the inside, with or without stockings, and the sole keeps my foot straight without feeling like I'm rolling around on a flip flop. They fit perfectly right out of the box. 7 1/2 WW is not always compatible with cute and nice, seems that too many manufacturers think that extra wide means frumpy. These are definitely NOT frumpy!

 | | My first experience with Zappos.com was during the winter a few years ago when I needed a pair of silver sandals to wear during the holidays. I saw Zappos.com advertised at the airport and thought to see what they were about. The rest is history. During that search for sandals I had as many as nine pairs here to try. They came the day after I ordered them via FedEx and those I didn't choose (I ended up with two pairs) I put back in the box, taped it shut, attached the prepared return label they had enclosed with the shipment, and dropped them off at the packaging store that same day. They were gone almost as easily as walking away from a pile of tried on rejects in the department store! Since then I use them more than 70% of the time when I am shoe shopping. There really isn't anything quite like trying on shoes with the clothes in my closet as well as trying for fit and comfort. It's an ideal way to buy shoes and I highly recommend it! There isn't another web shopping site anywhere that makes it any easier! | | ~ Fran C, September 13 2009
