The shoes are exceptionally comfortable. The leather is well matched and the stitching is perfect. Overall a great pair of shoes!

Great shoe -
Very versatile dress shoe can easily be worn with jeans and chinos as well as a suit. The arch support, as with most loafers, is pretty poor, but nothing that insoles can't help.
The fit is the same as other Allen Edmonds shoes, oxfords and loafers alike.

 |  | Dear Customer Service, I would like to personally say Zappos is an amazing company that I will always order from. I am never disappointed with the service, merchandise, etc. I just ordered a pair of boots that I ordered the wrong size and received them yesterday and ordered the right pair last night and saw on my email that the new pair coming is arriving today which is incredibly fast service. There is no reason for me to order anywhere else for shoes. Zappos has the best selection of shoes that are gorgeous and also the customer service team is always incredible and extremely helpful.
