Let me just say that this is a great shoe. The look of these shoes are the best part, they look like you paid a lot more for them. But the best part was the SENSATIONAL customer service. The customer service rep. was SENSATIONAL!!!

Cute!
For a heel this high, these are very comfy and totally manageable! (Forwarding: I walk in 3+ inch heels very often, so if you're not used to heels, these may be a challenge.) I put some foot petals in them and they were very comfy. No problems standing or walking around for 4-5 hours.

What I’ve been looking for -
This is very close to my idea of what a peep-toe sling-back should look like. Classic retro styling. Looks good; feels good. A good product for the money.

 |  | Thank you, thank you! I'm thinking the Zappos customer service team must be made up of magical wizards, and I am getting spoiled! I called yesterday to exchange sneakers for a larger size, and late last night ordered some girly shoes, and this morning BOTH the sneakers and the shoes were at my door! I am stunned! Today I called a different place to order a specialty item (after checking Zappos site for something similar first, of course) and there is just no comparison whatsoever. Now I must wait at least a week for my order from this other place, and on top of that, pay ten bucks shipping! See, I am spoiled by Zappos spectacular customer service. Thank you so much!
