Excellent service from Zappos. The shoes arrived the SAME day I placed the order. So far, I like the shoes a lot, it feels comfortable; however, the style is not that great.

Sadly they don't carry these shoes in 11.5, because that's the size I would have bought had they had them. The size twelves are just a bit big on me, but they're generally fine. These shoes look great but aren't the most comfortable. Overall, they're decent shoes, and definitely worth buying if you like how they look.

Bought these for my son. His usual brand are Vans. He liked them his only complaint was they were a bit wide toward the middle of the foot. Did not fit like the Vans brand at all. Other then that he likes them.

This t-strap shoe is so much cuter when worn, than what it looks like on display. I love big shoes, and this is a sexy heel! I recommend wearing it with some sleek skinny pants.

So far I’ve liked these shoes quite a bit. They looked nice, feel nice, even though they do have a flat bottom and fit perfect. They fit true to size. The only thing I don’t like would be the shoe gets dirty pretty easily. Zappos upped the shipping on them for me and came in a couple of days.

Took about a week or two, but once the shoes were broken in they fit like a dream. I don't even keep the laces in; I just use them like slip-ons.

I've had several pairs of Macbeths over the years and these are my favorite so far. The Jackson is Macbeth's take on the classic Oxford shoe. Jackson’s look a bit dressier but standout and look cool, definitely a unique look. I got the concrete/black pair. They look a bit bright brand new but they're going to look great when I break them in and get them dirty.
These tend to fit like most other shoes as opposed to the Eliot Vegans, which tend to run big. I always get Eliot’s in size 9, but the Jackson’s fit me perfectly in size 9.5. With all Macbeths, try a few different sizes to find the perfect fit. If you’re off by even a half size, they well be VERY uncomfortable or slip off really easily.
My only complaint is the support. The soles are pretty flat, but this is to be expected with Macbeths. They are still comfortable, but I would not do any heavy walking in them.
