Cool looks... not very functional -
This she is very comfortable and offers a tasteful amount of coloring and styling. However, the interior material (the light blue part)... while it certainly looks cool... is not very functional. First of all, it makes my feet sweat... not a pleasant experience. More importantly, however, it pulls the socks down and they end up bunched up within the shoe. Extremely annoying to say the least.

 |  | Incredible customer service. I made my purchase on a Monday and sent an email to the support staff asking to upgrade my shipping to receive my shoes before Saturday. They sent me a reply email a few minutes later telling me that they would ship them overnight at no extra charge, WOW!!! I know Zappos is growing as a company, I'm just really impressed that you guys, no matter how big you get, are still taking care of the customer. Thank you!!!
