Outstanding Service.
I must say that ordering from Zappos is not only easy but the service you get is top class. I am very please with the customer service and how you as a customer is treated with great service and any questions you might have. I coach youth football and our organization is even thinking about ordering the rest of the team the same shoes. Keep up the good work and service.

 |  | WOW! I ordered this scarf late evening on Tuesday and came home from work on Wednesday and the box was here!!! Amazing service. I have always been a person who believes in giving the best service to all I come in contact with and rarely get it from the retail world, but I gotta say, Zappos beats ALL retail hands down, and free shipping both ways to boot!? This was only my third or fourth time I have ordered from you, but I will definitely check Zappos.com before I shop anywhere else from now on. I ordered a shirt from another site 8 days ago, (you were out of stock) and still don't have it...enough said.
