They are very comfotable. They look beautiful with Jeans and the colors are amazing. I woulr recoment if u want something unique and funcky.

Not true to size! I love unicorns, but I've been through 3 pairs now because I have to keep ordering a size down. I am generally an 8, but that was falling off big. The 7.5 was better, but still a tiny bit too roomy. I ordered a 7, but the wrong shoes were in the box and now they're sold out of 7s so I can't tell you how they fit.

These shoes are super cute, but beware: I initially ordered an 8 because the reviews said true to size. They were too large, so I exchanged them for a 7.5, which fit perfect, but the pair I received were damaged. So I exchanged those for another 7.5, which must have been mismarked because they were huge and fit like a 9. So I returned them. I was sad that the quality/quality control wasn't better with this brand, because I would have liked the shoes, had they been better made and consistently and accurately sized. Oh well. Zappos was very helpful and fast with the exchange/return process. Zappos gets a A, Irregular Choice gets an F.

Not True to Size - I bought these shoes and ordered my true size, an 8, because all the reviewers said these ran true to size. Not so. I would recommend ordering a 1/2 size down most definitely! I had to exchange mine for 7.5 The shoes themselves are super cute and the sole is really cushiony and soft.

Best designs ever -
I love these so much I'm getting the blue unicorn pair too. The arch is very high, so do beware! The style is too whimsical and fun, it hurts! The material is very flexible but sturdy. They do run a tad wide, but these are a work of art. I like that they actually fit true to size since with this brand it's all over the place.

I was surprised at how customer friendly the instructions were and how quickly I was able to get my return label. Immediately after that I put another order except one size lower. Apparently I checked today and my item was put on priority with no extra cost. That is awesome customer service. Thanks Zappos team and continue providing this outstanding service!
