I purchased the "Valerie" and it is so awesome that everyone has copied me. This is the most comfortable flip flop and it is just gorgeous. I get compliments everywhere I wear it.

I loved these shoes from the moment I got them. They are so comfortable and have a good support. I have a high arch so these are just perfect. I also have a wide foot and they are very generous. The color goes with everything and they really sparkle when you get them out in the sun. I liked them so much that I also got the black pair. There wasn't any break-in period at all. Great buy on my part. I get lots of compliments on them.

Volatile sandals are comfortable and provide a good wide base for support without sacrificing style. My podiatrist recommended them. And Zappos delivered them almost before I sent the order.

These are fabulous shoes! I have lots of black sandals but they are pretty casual (Yellow Box and Earth shoes). I wanted something a little dressier but still comfortable. These shoes are just what I needed. The sides are really attractive and the rhinestones are really shiny. I just love them.

PERFECT SUMMER SHOE -
This is a great summer shoe! I have a narrow foot and this shoe fits perfect. You can dress it up or down.

Got them in bronze...they are so up to date on style. Usually I don’t wear thongs....sensitive toes. But these are so marshmallow soft on your feet that I don’t even notice that!!! I’m an 8 and this truly fits like an 8. This is a great sandal for vacation...as you don’t have to compromise style for comfort. Volatile and Onex are the two brands I always turn to.

These shoes are cute & comfortable. My only complaint is I had a stone fall out during the first time I wore them, but I was able to put it back in. I love Volatile flip-flops & these shoes are a great addition to my collection!!

I love the look of the shoe, but they don't come in half sizes and I wear a 6.5. I tried them on in a dept. store and the 6 looked too small, so I got a 7. The 7 doesn't stay on my foot well, so I have to hold it on with my toes when I walk. Also, the straps aren't tight enough so they are rubbing on the top of my foot. It just stinks because they are so darn cute! I know others that got the right size for them and they feel they are very comfortable. They are very cushioned!

This has to be the most comfortable flip flop I have ever purchased. A friend of mine had a pair so first thing on Monday, I ordered mine from Zappos and they were waiting on my porch on Tuesday. Thanks Zappos.

Very comfortable shoe, I first purchased a 7, which is pretty normal in a flip flop for me, however I had to return them for an 8 which fit perfect. I bought these to wear after the ceremony of my daughters wedding, very elegant and was a perfect match with my dress. There was an occasional snag to the lining of my dress from one of the prongs that held in the rhinestones, but very minor. I would wear them again to a wedding and reception.

Love Them -
So comfortable and the bronze snakeskin look goes with everything! Everything was perfect except they were missing one rhinestone, but it is hard to tell, so I didn't bother returning them. Maybe I could get a stone and set it in with pliers. I'll have to go to a craft store.

I like the shoes. My only complaint is that the thing that goes between your toes is a little stiff and makes my toes sore. Also, the trim is coming off in a place or two.

It's the rhinestones -
These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn, and I'm 65 y/o, so I know shoes. The sad part is that the rhinestones fall off, rapidly.

 |  | Zappos rocks, you so made my nine year old son’s day. We went looking for new DC shoes last Sunday and spent 3 hours only to find out that his shoe size was 6.5 right between boy’s and men's. The stores had no selection in either. We were told by one salesperson that most boys skip that size so they don't carry many. He was very disappointed, I suggested ordering from you guys that night and he didn't want to wait for shipping. I told him Zappos was quick, but he wanted to try stores again, so we did on Tuesday evening and came home empty handed again. We got online, ordered a pair he liked (there were so many to chose from in the size we needed) at 9:30 that night. Of course he was all about when would they be here, again I told him how quick you are at shipping and that probably Thursday at the latest Friday. He came home from school on Wednesday and they were on the front porch. He was so happy!!! Loved the shoes and can't wait to order another pair. I have told other people how fast they got here and no one believes that is even possible. I don't know how you do it, but thanks so much. You're the best.
