I am so sad to be returning these shoes! They are so unique and stylish! But they just didn't quite fit right; the edges dug into the sides of my feet and my heel was likely to slip out. I think some heel inserts would have helped that part, but I couldn't see anything to help the other besides a wide shoe, which I've never needed before. The footbed was cushy and comfortable. The plastic heel also made them feel kind of slippery. If only they could have had good traction rubber throughout the heel and made the edges come up a little bit more to cover my foot rather than dig into them, they would have been perfect!

Like many other reviewers...
....The heel is slipping and I don't like the plastic heel cap. I love the look and the toe box fits nicely. Looks great with slacks. For a "comfort" shoe I expected a little more cushion in the footbed (a la Sofft). I'm going to keep them and add heel liners and try to figure out a way to replace the heel cap (why do companies use these?).

Classy comfort -
I don't wear heels well, but these pumps are classy and easy to wear. I found I need heel inserts to prevent slipping, but otherwise even I can wear these all day.

These shoes are more beautiful in person. They are very similar in shape to the Etienne Aigner Uma. They fit my narrow heels and wide toes. I ordered the black and the graphite which are both very pretty. I decided to keep the black, but if they were cheaper I would have kept both.

Cute but lacking comfort -
These shoes look great but are not as comfortable as one would expect, they pinch in some areas and the sides dig in a little. My foot is a little wide and parts of this shoe are too wide for my foot but the shoe is a perfect look for the office.

These boots are HOT! I saw them and had to have them. The sizing is WAY off however. I have a chubby foot size 6 1/2....had to get these in a 7 1/2. Seriously. These boots are super narrow. I figure even if the leather gives and the boot loosen up, I can still wear with thick socks, where as now I wear them with cotton trouser socks.

I bought these shoes last year and unfortunately they only lasted me one season. The insole came unglued and then the suede on the toe also rubbed off some (I am not quite sure how this happened). I love the look of this shoe and the shoe itself is very comfortable. However, just know that the shoe probably won't last forever.

Felt great the whole night dancing at a wedding! Never pinched my toes or irritated my heels the way new shoes can. Highly recommend them. Would not hesitate to buy shoes from the same company.

Generally comfortable and durable. Lacks arch support. On the cross strap, the point where leather meets elastic has worn thin and makes blisters unless I wear full foot socks with it.

Comfort but lacks a bit of PIZZAZZ -
I love this shoe. I look for any reason to wear it. It is incredibly comfortable. The lining is fabulous and keeps my feet cool. However, it feels like it's trying to have pizzazz but missing the mark just a bit- at least the blue. Maybe the other colors pop!

These are wonderful shoes. Comfortable, but very cute...with a real retro look. Makes my feet look small. I got them a half size smaller which really helped, since my feet are wide around the toe area. Adorable shoes!

Shoe is cute and heels are not too high to wear for a period of time. I ordered it in my true size but felt the toe box was too short so returned them for a half size larger which fit my toes fine. Heel slips a little in the larger size but that can be fixed with inserts whereas the small toe box could not. I really like the look of this shoe. Tried to order it in pistachio green but was sold out too fast - unusual for a shoe listed as "New" on Zappos to be sold out so fast.

Nice pumps - I love the shoe. The only trouble with the shoe is that it did slip a little on the heel. Other than that it was a great shoe and went very well with the dress that I had purchased to complement the shoe.

This shoe is cute and sassy. Nice heel height and beautiful suede. I bought the brown and it looks great with my jeans. The shoe is very comfortable and make my size 8 foot look like a 6 and a half. The shoe fit true to size. This is not my first Perlina shoe I own and it wont be my last! This style is a must buy.

Cute shoe but made of cardboard.
Just taking this shoe out of the box, I could tell the material and craftsmanship was poor. Putting the shoe on my foot was painful; the sides cut into my foot with the cardboard - like material that lines the shoe. I was so disappointed after reading such great reviews. Would like to find a good quality, comfortable ~2" heel to wear at work all day long.

Finn girl -
This shoes is adorable. Only problem it is big in the heel and it slips off. Took to shoemaker for a "remedy". I wear Finn Comfort shoes for everyday wear and Perlina has now become my "dressy" shoe maker. Very comfortable, can walk for hours in this shoe.

Cute, comfortable and make your legs look great -
I love these shoes. The heel height is very comfortable and easy to walk in, and the cute rounded toe doesn't smoosh your toes together. The little tassel is a fun touch. The line of these shoes makes your leg look great, according to my sweetie. I considering getting them in another color; I'm afraid the suede won't hold up as long as regular leather, though. The only complaint is that they could use a little more padding on the bottom, but that can be fixed with some cheap insoles.

Well made, but wide in the heel.
I usually fit a medium perfectly, but the heel was just too wide for me. Did not think a 1/2 size down would help because they would have been too tight in the toe box then. Beautifully made shoe though. FABULOUS customer service as always with Zappos. I ordered after the 1PM deadline and STILL received them the following day!

Almost perfect combination of stability and style -
This shoe fits my criterion of flattering heel height and, more importantly, heel architecture for stable gait - it makes all the difference as I've aged! In terms of comfort, my only criticism is the plastic heel cover that has poor traction. I replaced it with rubber, a vast improvement.

Stylish shoe with comfort...what more can a woman ask for. I love the suede material,
