These are my all-day shoes for routes and some bouldering. I've been using Anasazis and Moccasyms for about 10 years and found these to be a good mix. After using the 5X for about 5 months, mainly outside, the Velcro is starting to fail me. When I cinch these down tight for more demanding foot work the Velcro will pop. This was not a problem when they were newer. The placement of the Velcro strip is great, though.

These are great shoes for overhanging rock. They're very soft and sensitive, so if you're a beginner you might look for something a little stiffer. Although the closure system is a little different, it works really well as it vacuum packs your foot. I ordered a half size down from my street shoe and they stretched to a perfect fit in a few days of gym workouts.

Ok, this shoe is one of the best five ten's I've used. It’s like the five ten toccasyms, but beefed up, it will stretch about a full size, so size down. I wear a 10.5 in the Five Ten Anasazi V, I got a 9 in the 5X. Fits great after the first good day at the gym. The C4 will stick to any type of rock like glue. The heel on this shoe is great, it will not pull off. The one strap makes the shoe kinda turn down for a sweet fit! Buy!

I ordered them on a Wednesday, figured the wedding I needed them for was still a week away, 5-7 business days are the norm.
