This watch looks great and I get plenty of compliments on it, but you get what you pay for. The strap broke a few months after I bought it and Zappos replaced the watch but instructed me that I would have to go to the manufacturer if I had the same problem again. The strap just broke again and I'm awaiting a new strap from Vestal. Their customer service seems okay, but it's frustrating to wear a watch knowing it may jump off your wrist at anytime. Both times it broke there was no undue strain or force on the strap. It appears to be caused by poor tolerances and pins that are too small for the size of the watch. I have heard of this problem from someone else with the same watch also. Again, looks great and people will notice it, but I wouldn't recommend for everyday use.

The watch is huge, which is what attracted me to it in the first place. Looks just like the picture and seems to be of good quality. This is the 3rd Vestal Plexi watch I have ordered. I get compliments on all three all of the time. Zappos shipping is first rate.

Great Watch!
Got it in black on black. Looks amazing, just as the picture shows it! Excellent quality. This is my second Vestal watch and I plan on getting many more!

 |  | Dear Customer Service, I would like to personally say Zappos is an amazing company that I will always order from. I am never disappointed with the service, merchandise, etc. I just ordered a pair of boots that I ordered the wrong size and received them yesterday and ordered the right pair last night and saw on my email that the new pair coming is arriving today which is incredibly fast service. There is no reason for me to order anywhere else for shoes. Zappos has the best selection of shoes that are gorgeous and also the customer service team is always incredible and extremely helpful.
