Nice shoes for heels - They looked great, I'm not used to wearing heels so my feet hurt by the end of the night...but I looked good and I did manage to dance in them without wincing! Nicely made and they don't slip, even the soles are cute. I'll wear them again.

Cute but painful - Very nice looking shoe, but the strapping around the toes is really tight and cuts into the skin. Not recommended for lengthy wearing.

I have a wide foot so it is not easy for me to find comfortable and attractive heels. This is a very comfortable high heel. It rubbed a little on top of one of my toes, but not enough to be a real issue. I have this same shoe in red and the rubbing stopped on that one after one or two wearings. I have been able to wear it when I have had to stand for a long time and it is one of the most comfortable high heels that I have ever had. I highly recommend this shoe if you need a comfortable high heel.

I purchased this shoe in two different colors. One pair was snug, but eventually worked out fine, and the other was so loose I decided to exchange it for the same (replacement pair fit like the 'snug' one). My foot is on the wide side, so the loose pair must have been very wide. I really like this shoe, I so appreciate the free and fast shipping at Zappos.

The Sofft's Vivian is both cute and comfortable. I can hardly believe a 3 inch heel can be so comfortable.

I have a lot of problems with my feet-flat feet and one bunion. I am on the feet on all day and it is hard to find a shoe that doesn't mess up my feet even more- especially heels. So far this one is pretty good. I was surprised at how comfortable it was when I put it on and the heel is super squishy so my feet do not become worn out quickly.

They are very adorable, but the cutouts killed my toes -
These shoes are so adorable on! They're very comfortable for shoes with a heel this high, but the cutouts at the toes (while so cute) pinched my toes in very sensitive areas. I had to send them back.

Nice shoe but not too comfy -
I debated whether to keep the shoe or not and finally wore it to work one day. The first hour was ok, but the toe became very uncomfortable after about 2 hours. I will try to break them in over the next few weeks. Nice looking shoe though, maybe they will work out with time.

I've purchased Sofft shoes before and they are becoming my favorites. They are very comfortable shoes, but stay stylish. I ordered a half size bigger for the Sofft Vivian and they were a bit tight on my foot. I've received many compliments.

The shoe is great. It is important to note that SOFFT shoes are not true to width. I wear a narrow to slim and these and other SOFFT shoes are rather wide. Narrow is not narrow. I put in gel soles only to make the shoe fit better. I would order with one size smaller. There was no slim in SOFFT. Overall, the shoe is comfortable and good looking.

For heels, very comfy - This was my first pair of Sofft shoes, and I am very impressed! When I slipped them on my feet, I couldn't believe how comfortable they felt. And they fit perfectly. I wore them to work right out of the box and had no issues. I'm not sure I'd want to wear them if I had to stand all day due to the heel height, but for general office wear, they're great.

I have not found this shoe to be as comfortable as most Sofft shoes. They are a bit difficult to walk in and my toes hurt by the end of the day.

I ordered five different pairs of shoes for a special event and these were the winners. They are tall enough to be sexy but comfortable enough to wear all night and still be walking the next day. These shoes are cuter in person than the photos do justice.

Disappointed -
I bought these due to all the great reviews. I was so disappointed in these shoes. They look very cute, and are made of good quality materials, however, a true wide shoe - it is not...I bought a 6W b/c my feet in the summer always swell slightly, especially after a long day of working/commuting. The foot bed is actually very soft, as stated. The toe box was OK- not as wide as I would have liked, they JUST fit, not a true comfort fit. And the peep toe area is where the issue is-very narrow, completely pinches the toes together. The 2 days I wore them my toes were a mess because of the tightness. I can't return them now because I wore them, and for the price - they should have been the 'perfect' shoe!

Love 'um!!
I have wide feet and have been recovering from plantar fasciitis since September. I used to wear 3-4 inch heels all day/everyday. But since September I've essentially been lived in sneakers. So, I was looking for a shoe that would not look too "old lady" but that gave me good support, comfortable yet with a bit of style. This was it!! I was able to wear them all day for a special outing and I was surprised that I lasted so long. I will be looking for more of this style until I can get back into my more fashionable high heels. These were perfect.

Pretty but ouch -
Beautiful shoe but very uncomfortable. Wish I had bought a less pretty but more comfortable alternative. On a different note, this is the first time I ordered from Zappos. I am absolutely blown away by the great customer service and outrageously fast delivery.

The shoes are very nice looking, but the way the toe is cut out - along with the side criss-crosses, my small toe keeps popping out of the shoe and I constantly have to stop to adjust. I cannot maintain a constant pace when walking. Unless you have long toes, I don't recommend the shoes.

I love the look of the Vivian in red patent and they are generally comfortable, although I must admit I got blisters after a long day of walking and standing at a trade show. The Wide fit well even though I typically wear M width, so I suggest going one width up.

I love my Sofft's Vivian. I am able to wear it all day at work and still be comfortable. I ordered both the 10 and 11 sizes and kept the 11 which is 1 size larger than I usually wear. In the 11's I needed to insert anti-slip pads in the ball of the shoe for the most comfort. The higher heel height in this shoe is easy to walk in, which makes it dressy while being comfortable. This is the first Sofft shoe I've had and I will definitely try this brand again. Thanks Zappos for your prompt delivery and for the easy return.

This shoe gets a lot of compliments!
I’m not much of a high heel wearer but this is one of the more comfortable high heels I’ve worn. The first day my feet were hurting after a few hours. They held up very well at a wedding though... and I love to dance. Most girls already had their shoes off by the end of the night but I was comfortable enough in mine.
I got these shoes in red and I got a ton of compliments from friends and strangers. They are a hot little number!

True fit -
These shoes have a very true fit, although be warned - they do take a couple of wearings to break in the leather on the toes. I had a couple uncomfortable days initially, but now they are my most comfortable shoe! Lots of compliments on the styling as well.
