Nice shoe but not too comfy -
I debated whether to keep the shoe or not and finally wore it to work one day. The first hour was ok, but the toe became very uncomfortable after about 2 hours. I will try to break them in over the next few weeks. Nice looking shoe though, maybe they will work out with time.

Wonderful shoes! Mine is black and wide. Very comfortable and good support. I ordered red patent, too. I do not mind ordering one more pair.

I've purchased Sofft shoes before and they are becoming my favorites. They are very comfortable shoes, but stay stylish. I ordered a half size bigger for the Sofft Vivian and they were a bit tight on my foot. I've received many compliments.

Very comfortable shoe.
Zappos is great! This was my first order with them. They upgraded my order and the shoe arrived the very next day! Will definitely shop here again and will definitely buy more shoes made by Sofft.

The shoe is great. It is important to note that SOFFT shoes are not true to width. I wear a narrow to slim and these and other SOFFT shoes are rather wide. Narrow is not narrow. I put in gel soles only to make the shoe fit better. I would order with one size smaller. There was no slim in SOFFT. Overall, the shoe is comfortable and good looking.

For heels, very comfy - This was my first pair of Sofft shoes, and I am very impressed! When I slipped them on my feet, I couldn't believe how comfortable they felt. And they fit perfectly. I wore them to work right out of the box and had no issues. I'm not sure I'd want to wear them if I had to stand all day due to the heel height, but for general office wear, they're great.

I have not found this shoe to be as comfortable as most Sofft shoes. They are a bit difficult to walk in and my toes hurt by the end of the day.

Comfortable and Flashy -
I ordered five different pairs of shoes for a special event and these were the winners. They are tall enough to be sexy but comfortable enough to wear all night and still be walking the next day. These shoes are cuter in person than the photos do justice.

Disappointed -
I bought these due to all the great reviews. I was so disappointed in these shoes. They look very cute, and are made of good quality materials, however, a true wide shoe - it is not...I bought a 6W b/c my feet in the summer always swell slightly, especially after a long day of working/commuting. The foot bed is actually very soft, as stated. The toe box was OK- not as wide as I would have liked, they JUST fit, not a true comfort fit. And the peep toe area is where the issue is-very narrow, completely pinches the toes together. The 2 days I wore them my toes were a mess because of the tightness. I can't return them now because I wore them, and for the price - they should have been the 'perfect' shoe!

Love 'um!!
I have wide feet and have been recovering from plantar fasciitis since September. I used to wear 3-4 inch heels all day/everyday. But since September I've essentially been lived in sneakers. So, I was looking for a shoe that would not look too "old lady" but that gave me good support, comfortable yet with a bit of style. This was it!! I was able to wear them all day for a special outing and I was surprised that I lasted so long. I will be looking for more of this style until I can get back into my more fashionable high heels. These were perfect.

Pretty but ouch -
Beautiful shoe but very uncomfortable. Wish I had bought a less pretty but more comfortable alternative. On a different note, this is the first time I ordered from Zappos. I am absolutely blown away by the great customer service and outrageously fast delivery.

Uncomfortable -
The shoes are very nice looking, but the way the toe is cut out - along with the side criss-crosses, my small toe keeps popping out of the shoe and I constantly have to stop to adjust. I cannot maintain a constant pace when walking. Unless you have long toes, I don't recommend the shoes.

I love the look of the Vivian in red patent and they are generally comfortable, although I must admit I got blisters after a long day of walking and standing at a trade show. The Wide fit well even though I typically wear M width, so I suggest going one width up.

I love my Sofft's Vivian. I am able to wear it all day at work and still be comfortable. I ordered both the 10 and 11 sizes and kept the 11 which is 1 size larger than I usually wear. In the 11's I needed to insert anti-slip pads in the ball of the shoe for the most comfort. The higher heel height in this shoe is easy to walk in, which makes it dressy while being comfortable. This is the first Sofft shoe I've had and I will definitely try this brand again. Thanks Zappos for your prompt delivery and for the easy return.

This shoe gets a lot of compliments!
I’m not much of a high heel wearer but this is one of the more comfortable high heels I’ve worn. The first day my feet were hurting after a few hours. They held up very well at a wedding though... and I love to dance. Most girls already had their shoes off by the end of the night but I was comfortable enough in mine.
I got these shoes in red and I got a ton of compliments from friends and strangers. They are a hot little number!

True fit -
These shoes have a very true fit, although be warned - they do take a couple of wearings to break in the leather on the toes. I had a couple uncomfortable days initially, but now they are my most comfortable shoe! Lots of compliments on the styling as well.

Excellent Shoe!
I absolutely love these shoes. As soon as I got them out of the box and put them on, I knew they were a winner! They are so soft and padded; I wouldn't have any worries about comfort all day long in these shoes. The only complaint I have is that when I don't wear nylons, the clasp on the side strap dug into my foot. Otherwise, I don't see anything wrong with these shoes. I am a true 6 1/2 wide, and that is what I ordered. Fits perfect. Looks great. And, I love the fact it has traction - does not slip or make loud noises.

I am not a heel wearer in general. I wore these for an event where I was standing and walking around and never felt any pain. I usually can not wait to take heels off, but these were very comfortable.

Most of the reviews say the same thing... these are beautiful shoes. It's true. They are feminine and unique. I did not get the patent leather, and therefore have not suffered the pinching mentioned by others. However, there is no arch support. I bought arch inserts and that helped. I also got backing for the straps as mine tend to slip. I have only worn them for shorts time periods. So far, so good.

These are very cute and comfy for the size heel and the rounded toe. They were a tiny bit tight in the toe when I first put them on, but I walked around in them and they stretched out perfectly. I recommend them.

I bought them in red and the color is not a bright orangey red, but a beautiful deep red that I'll be able to wear year around in Arizona. Now have over 10 pair of this brand - and always looking for more!

Don't need to break these shoes in. I wear a wide width, and the fit was great. The only down fall is that the strap wants to slide down some times, even at the tightest setting.

Wish this shoe was more comfortable -
Unfortunately, I cannot write a positive review for the comfort of this shoe. I have worn Sofft shoes before that have been out of this world, but this one does not fit the bill. If I could return it, I would. I wore them for an entire day and ended up with at least 1 blister on each foot. The shoe fit my narrow feet well, but there was way too much rubbing on the sides of the shoes and in the toe box area. I loved the look of the shoe and if I didn't get blisters, I would probably wear the shoe daily.

Very comfortable and cute -
I got these in brown and love them. The fit is perfect and I have no problem with my foot sliding around. I have a pretty narrow heel, and the sling back adjusts to fit snugly. Very padded footbed and no pinching anywhere right out of the box. And they make my feet look very dainty. Easy to walk in and quiet on tile floors. Very nice shoe. I'll definitely order more of this brand.
