Shoe Size: Felt true to size

Shoe Arch: Moderate arch support
Although this shoe fit well and has a rugged enough sole to prevent sliding on rocks, it has no cushioning. On the trail you could feel the rocks through the sole. I had pains in my feet and ankles that I never experienced with other trail shoes. I have changed the insoles but the cushioning is still insufficient. This is especially disappointing considering the cost of the shoe.

I am a new customer, and ordered a pair of Donald Pliner shoes LAST night, and received them TODAY without paying any shipping!!!!!!!!!!! I have never had that kind of first class treatment without paying huge fees for overnight!!! How you do it I don’t know, but that kind of service will definitely make me a Zappos customer for life! I am calling my mother today and tell her about your company! She loves shoes as much as I do! Tony, YOU and your staff outdo them in selection and service!!!!!!!!!
