Strange size -
Very cute, but so strange size and extremely uncomfortable! I usually wear 6.5-7, since my last Steve Madden 7 was way too large, I bought 6.5 this time. It fit initially, a little bit of a squeeze; so I changed to 7, which was even smaller than 6.5! Also, the heel is so tough and hurt my feet if wearing more than 2 hrs. Very disappointing!

I bought it in red and received many compliments. Looks good with jeans or dress trousers. A little loose in the heel but I put adhesive heel pads in which helped.

Cute, but doesn't fit well -
Bought the Parlez in Red, first tried 7.5 size, felt awful, way too tight, uncomfortable. Tried the size 8 next, still horrible in fit, decided not to waste my money on this shoe. It's unfortunate because I really wanted it to work.

Cute shoe - bad cut -
Super cute shoe. Not uncomfortable but cut small all around. The toe box seems short, not in length, but in height, so that the top of the shoe presses down on the top of my toe. The same is true with the width. They are not cut narrow but shallow so that the top of the shoe presses into the top of my foot. Could be because they are patent leather. I couldn't imagine walking around in them all day.

Very pleased with the shoe. Taupe looks just as expected. Business-casual office appropriate. Good support and easy to walk in. Comfort of a flat with the height of a heel. Takes some breaking in. Usually wear 8 1/2 or 9, ordered the 9 and it fit perfectly.

I bought these in red. Bought the 8 and 8 1/2 and am keeping the larger. However, even being larger, the toe area is still close and I am not sure yet if I can make them work, BUT… just adorable with jeans! I worked the stiffness out the best I could and am hoping so much that I don't have to return them for the 9! I always wear 7 1/2 to an 8, but these are really small. I am afraid another half size up and they might slip on the heels. If you try them… and you really should… just swallow your vanity and go larger. Too adorable to pass up! Good luck!!!

The perfect shoe for work. Just tall enough, round toe so it's comfy. The black patent goes with everything. I ordered a 1/2 size bigger than usual and while it was perfect width, it's a little long, so I'll use one of those padded heel inserts in the back.

They are very cute and pretty comfortable. I’m not very comfortable with heels, but these have great support and aren’t heavy. Make my foot look more slender. I’ve purchased size 10 and I’m normally 9 and a half. So go half a size bigger if you order them.

Cute but super-narrow wedges!
Yes, my foot is wide, but sometimes not wide enough to merit an actual wide-sized shoe. I've worn Maddens before with no problems, but these are the narrowest pair I've tried on - esp. considering the rounded toe. I got the blue ones and the shoes LOOK fantastic, but even with ordering 1/2 a size up, my toes were completely squished together. Boo.

Love them.
Tried these shoes on at a local store. The smallest size they received them in was a 6 1/2. I usually wear a 5 1/2. Ordered them from Zappos. The 5 1/2 was a too small but the 6 was just right. They are the perfect complement to an outfit I recently bought. What other colors do they come in???

So cute once broken in -
I got this shoe in the taupe color and am very pleased with my purchase. The taupe color is a little darker than I expected but is still very cute. I ordered half a size bigger and it was a perfect fit and maybe even a little snug. The first day I wore them, they were slightly uncomfortable but after they were broken in a little bit it was perfect. I recommend this shoe for anything. Goes great with jeans, dress pants, skirts and a dress.

I am the type of person that doesn't like to wear heels. Every chance I get I spend looking for wedge shoes with just a little bit of height. I bought these shoes in black and I really liked them the first time I saw them. I tried them on at a store and I love how the sole isn't slippery like other shoes. I'm always afraid of a fall, that's why I usually stay away from heels. I agree with the another reviewer regarding the shoe sizing. I wear a size 8, but I had to buy it in an 8 1/2. This is a great shoe by Steve Madden.

My new favorite shoes -
I LOVE these shoes! They look so awesome in the red patent -- perfect to spice up a work outfit or to wear with jeans. I usually hate wearing shoes with a heel, but the wedge provides a lot more support and it isn't clunky or heavy. I find Steve Madden shoes to be one of the most comfortable mainstream brands. Steve Madden’s are wider than many brands and have good arch support and decent padding. I get complimented left and right with these red shoes on. The black ones are also cute (I tried them on in the store), but the black looks more formal while the red ones are cute and playful, and I think red goes better with the style of the shoe. Best of all, I can walk around the city in these shoes -- they aren't miracle shoes, but they're the most comfortable heeled shoes I've found in a while.

Soo Cute, Strange Sizing -
I needed a more slender shoe to wear with pants that didn't have a wider cut at the bottom. I had to get them in a half size bigger then I would normally wear and the toe box is still a little tight - and I can't wear even a thin sock with them at this point. Had to go with nylons. I'm hoping that they will loosen up...I brought these into work to 'try' for the day to see how the comfort adjusts. So far, they feel better but I'm not sure whether it's just that my toes have become accustomed to scrunching.
